I have been member since August 2021, and F45 for me is a part of my routine. It is a great workout, classes are diverse, so there is always something new each day to train your body differently. Plus, the classes are only 45 minutes long, so one can easily add this group class into their daily routine with F45's extensive schedule. The owner and trainers are both warm and welcoming to both new and old members, you get a sense of a community here compared to other boutique studios in the area. The experience for me is that you feel like you are getting a personal training-like experience since the trainers will guide you by either modifying your workout or pushing you to go harder. I highly recommend this studio to anyone on their wellness journey, it caters to everybody.

F45 made it so easy to work out. Its 45 minutes sessions at convenient times which have alternate cardio and strength circuits, it takes out the stress of planning workouts. And working out in group makes one want to give ur best! Esp thanks to the whole f45 north sunnyvale trainers! They are like a family- welcoming, warm and encouraging to give ur best! Best place to workout and get fit. Its just 45 minutes and you get a good mix of cardio and strength training. The trainers I mostly work with are Ben & Ryan. They are super friendly, cues you on your form and gives you the right instructions and keeps you motivating through out the workout. Everyday is fun and unique. Keep challenging yourself in every class and you will see your body changing in just a couple of weeks!

I have been trying to cancel my plan for two weeks. There is no way to cancel on the app or the website. I have been calling on the Sunnyvale number and no one picks up. I was able to get a response over email where they said they would refund the amount charged. It has been two weeks since. It wasn't refunded and I was charged again after two weeks. I am not sure how to get hold of them and get my money back. This is a very frustrating experience. I regret ever signing up for the gym

I love F45 north Sunnyvale! I have been a member since 2018. Ben and his crew are fun and energetic! Fitness for a lot of us can be difficult and intimidating most of the time. But this studio make working out not just tolerable but fun. Though some workout may be difficult for someone like me, the coaches always have some form of modifying so you get the most out of your workout.

The only gym I have managed to go regularly. You only need to get the foot in the door. Coaches Ben, Heidi, Michelle and the others have the best training schedules setup for you. 45 minutes of rigorous and intense workout and you're done! The best part is, I'm already seeing the results in my body in less than 30 days!

From the moment I walked in to my first class I was warmly welcomed by friendly coaches and members. The coaches checked in with me frequently during classes and I noticed they are constantly checking form and giving modifications when needed.
