F45 North Smyrna is the kind of gym community’s wish for. The staff is top notch- have great experience, but more importantly strives to create genuine relationships and believes in community. The workouts are also amazing 🔥 ⭐️, music is on point 👍🏻 and the members are super supportive to each other! 👏🏻 F45 is as addictive as sugar, but in the best way and I 100% recommend taking a class- you won’t be disappointed. Trust me I’m speaking from personal experience! 😊

F45 in Smyrna is the best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for a year and have never been more consistent or happy with my workouts than I have been here. The workouts kick your butt while being fun and interactive, and all the coaches are supportive, kind, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about your fitness journey. This gym has become my happy place I can’t say enough good things about F45 Smyrna.

I love working out here! It’s been almost a year and I come consistently every week (I’ve never stayed consistent at a gym this long) the trainers are great especially Megan (but really all the trainers are AMAZING). The place is clean and safe, the other patrons are nice and courteous, and the workouts are challenging in a good way. Also the workouts are both cardio and strength training. Great place for women to workout and be inspired to lift heavy and get stronger.

Working out for me is something that I love to do but have trouble with consistency and F45 motivates me to keep coming back. I've been at this location for 6 months and it has been a really fun experience with great coaches, teammates and workouts. I've brought my fiance and friends and they love it as well. I would recommend this location and workout to anyone!

I had been looking for a new gym home since my crossfit gym closed during the Covid Pandemic. I tried many options but have found a home here. I love the instructors and there's truly a family atmosphere. Every class is challenging no matter how much I improve and there's a lot of variations within each phase to keep things fresh. I couldn't recommend this gym enough!

I've been going to this gym for 4yrs since they opened and I absolutely love it! I've always been active, played sports and been to other gyms, but nothing compares to F45 North Smyrna. Dynamic killer workouts, high energy trainers that push you past your limits, and an amazing community that keeps you motivated!! I love it and I absolutely recommend it!

How could I not share my experience with this incredible facility? I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here over the past couple weeks. It started as a 3 day trail and turned into a full blown membership. While I'm not a morning person, somehow the structure of the workouts gets me out of bed and to the gym ready to go each morning I come in. The trainers are incredible and non-intrusive. There's no yelling. No scary gym faces. They show everyone the workout and allow you to move at your own pace. They are there for support, to show you alternative moves (as needed), correct posture and form... basically to make sure you're getting the most out of your 45 minute workout. I can't believe I didn't start here sooner. But I'm glad I'm here now.
