F45 Training Morton Ranch - Gym in Katy - 3011 W Grand Pkwy N, USA

Just completed my 100th class at the Morton Ranch location and I highly recommend if you enjoy/prefer group fitness. I’m down 4 sizes and counting! The workouts are efficient and effective. Facility and equipment are well kept and clean. The coaches are encouraging and know their stuff. Coach Drew, Mercedes and Stella are the best! Well worth the time and money Forgot the other coaches! They are also very good!!!

Absolutely incredible experience! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff and coaches! Music was popping with a live DJ! Extremely clean, organized and professional studio! If you are looking to improve your health in a fun, positive and energetic atmosphere, you’ve come to the right place! Bathrooms were also very clean with everything you need to shower after class! Everyone was so kind and welcoming to me! It really feels like one big happy family who all work as a team! The workout was epic, the music was fire and the coaches were incredible! Thank you so much!

Started going about a 1.5 years ago. My waist line shrunk a little over 4 inches. This is a good place to go to get back into shape. F45 @morton ranch has a friendly atmosphere the coaches are great. Workouts are structured and there are coaches to help make sure the exercises are done correctly.

F45 has made a huge impact in my fitness journey. The Morton ranch location has great leaders who encourage you and share their knowledge to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workout. F45 Morton Ranch is my all time favorite gym! I am a retired college athlete and finding a gym that brought the same atmosphere, sweat, and motivation as my college workouts was important to me. I have been with F45 Morton Ranch for 1.5 years. All of the coaches are VERY knowledgeable, motivating, approachable, personable, professional, and passionate about their job! The atmosphere and energy is always high! The members keep you going and everyone pushes each other!! It is truly a TEAM and FAMILY! I am currently 6 months pregnant and have continued my regular workout routine thanks to the coaches at F45 Morton Ranch! I usually attend evening classes where Coaches Kerem, Melissa, and Ellen have been there to support and encourage me. They are continuously checking in to see how I'm feeling and ensuring I adapt my workout/exercises if needed to ensure myself and baby are safe. Thank you F45 Morton Ranch and to ALL the coaches for keeping me safe and moving during my pregnancy! I highly recommended F45 Morton Ranch to anyone looking to step up their fitness or looking for a fit fam, and to other mommas trying to stay moving and active during their pregnancies in a safe and encouraging environment!

Loved the studio they do an amazing job creating a space where everyone has the opportunity to become friends. I personally wasn’t in a space to fully take advantage of this but noticed it and appreciate this quality in a studio. The trainers have their own approach and all take the time to get to know you at some point. They are helpful if you have injuries or issues (like I did). If I wasn’t moving I’d still be here.

The best gym in katy. I was a member there for 1yr and it was the best gym experience of my life. Kerem makes you feel welcome, they treat you like family to the point that everytime I go to Katy, I make sure to touch basis with them and catch a class. This place rocks- the energy and environment is the best eVer. I miss you guys! Come to Waco please! Look no further, this is the best gym in Katy Texas.

F45 Morton Ranch is a fantastic fitness place to workout! I started going at the beginning of May this year and I have truly enjoyed. The environment is not intimidating like other gyms can be. You never feel judged, because we become a team working together I knew after day one at F45 where my heart was. I can go on & on telling you how amazing this place is & the culture inside of it. But you should check it out your self and get a taste of the amazing teamwork experience. The workouts are challenging and push you in different ways each time, so you work out different muscles every week they are never the same work outs so it won't get boring or repetitive. The coaches are amazing and supportive, they take the time to guide you to better your workout performance, Oh and did I mention that 45 minutes go by so quick when you are there. Let's talk about energy level is always 10+ out of 10+ the entire time! I love my afternoon classes the best because I am not a morning person, but if you are a morning person they have classes available for you as early as 4:30 am. I feel so much stronger than when I started! No regrets by far best Gym choice i’ve ever made, I've met fun people and created new friendships. I absolutely love this place.
