Absolutely love F45 midtown location! The gym is huge and spacious, the equipment in great condition , and the instructors rock. They’re always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to injuries/ substitutions and I feel I get a great workout and really push myself!
I honestly thought I would never come back after the first class because it was so intense 😂 (especially when I haven’t done any workout for years). But after two, and three classes, I just fell in love with F45! The classes are different everyday and the coaches are great. Maura is especially amazing! She always checks on everyone and tries to cheer the ones in need! Looking forward to the next class already!!
I’ve enjoyed working out at this F45 location! The staff and other members are welcoming and nice. I love that the facilities are clean. I take advantage of the shower after classes, and it makes it’s even more worth the price😁.
love this studio and I make sure to book a class whenever i go into the office! super clean studio, comfortable showers and great music and workouts. Make sure to go for one of Gareth Keegan's classes. he is great.
I have been to multiple F45 locations in NYC and elsewhere, and Midtown East is by far the best staff, biggest and cleanest location, and most convenient class times. The trainers are excellent and really take the time to get to know you and help you learn correct form. I have seen great growth in my strength and fitness habits over the last 3 months, and MTE F45 is 100% the reason.
I have been going to F45 for about 10 months now and I love the workouts. Coaches are supportive, helpful and push you every workout. You’ll never get bored because each day is totally different and will leave you in sweat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an intense workout that only takes 45 minutes.
Such a good workout in a reasonable amount of time! The classes alternate between cardio/endurance and strength, so you really can go every day and feel yourself get stronger (not just tired from cardio!). The coaches are super helpful with form and motivation :)
f45 is a great community where i feel i can come and workout freely. everyone is always so welcoming and the coaches are very supportive and always there to help. the group atmosphere is always positive and motivating.
