Just got done with my first benchmark workout 💪I always forget how good I feel after a good workout. I love the evening classes, since I am not now or ever will be a morning person! Always clean and welcoming 💞

F45 has been like a family since I’ve joined. They knew my name since day 1 and it has been amazing to be part of this community. The workouts are great, doesn’t matter how many times I do them, there’s always new, different movements - or you can pick different stations; it’s always a great workout in a concise time. The trainers are there every step of the way to correct form and provide information on nutrition or alternative exercises for injuries - but it’s not just that. They bring their personalities and make you feel welcome. They both cheer you on and challenge you. Sara, River, Yami, Casey and Chelsea are some peachy individuals. Joining new gyms is always hard but finding this place has been awesome and made my move seamless. I can’t say enough about it. Come to this gym, they’ve got a great thing going.

Great way to get in shape! Trainers are all knowledgeable and helpful in getting everyone the most out of their workout while staying safe. Music selection rotates; they have a good variety of workout playlists. The workouts change often enough to prevent getting bored. Each workout is designed to allow for everyone to push their limits at their ability level. Great gym to be a part of.

F45 Longmont is such a great and welcoming place! The workouts are positive and challenging. Anyone at any fitness level can get a great workout. The schedule is also great so you have plenty of opportunities to make a class. The staff are so supportive and encouraging! Highly recommend giving them a try. So glad to have joined over a year ago.

F45 is awesome. I love the workouts. The trainers are great. The owner, Sara, is super nice, encouraging, and helpful. I have lost body fat and gained muscle since working out there and it has really improved my overall health and how I feel about myself. I feel more confident and strong!

I have been going to this gym since the first class in august, 2019. I have been to a lot of different gyms in my life and this one is special. It’s truly a family. They push you and they yell at you and at the end of each class, you’ve worked harder than the one before. The trainers are super knowledgeable about each exercise and can help modify anything on the spot. I’ve been blessed to be a part of this community and it’s changed my health, my confidence, and my life. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is ready to set some goals and attain them, while having fun in the process.

We absolutely love this F45 gym! We’ve been going since it opened a couple years ago and it’s literally been life changing. The owner, Sara, is so sweet and kind and did a great job handling Covid, going above and beyond to make sure we could keep training and also stay safe. The trainers are fantastic and super helpful, the community is incredible (we’ve met a ton of new friends!), and the workouts are fun, but also tough. We love the HIIT format. I feel more fit than I have in years! Definitely highly recommend!! If you’ve been curious, come check it out!

I've been working out for a long time at your typical gyms and I would always have keep myself motivated to stick with a workout plan or really try to make myself go throughout the week. What I love about F45 is that you just show up and do the workouts, you don't have to think about what you'll be doing that day and the classes are fast and fun. What I also enjoy is the training staff and the people the workout there too, its like a little community and they really encourage each other to get through the workouts. Seriously the BEST gym in Longmont!
