F45 is the best workout I've ever done in my life! I have taken many other types of fitness classes and F45 blows them all away! It is fun, fast, and super motivating! The Land O Lakes location has the BEST trainers and they want to push you to succeed! I love this studio and am so happy to be a part of it!
I appreciate the F45 facility; I've been attending for over four months. The entire staff is incredibly supportive and caring. Due to my schedule, I interact primarily with Coach Jenn and KJ, who have been incredible supports during my workouts. They carefully observe my posture and guide me to improve it.

This was my first time taking this class and it was a wonderful experience, I would recommend to anyone looking for a great workout with a great burn and pump at the same time!! Norine was an amazing coach and helped keep me focused the entire time!!
This is the best F45 gym out there!! I joined this gym as my local one and then got so hooked, that I went to classes at other gyms when traveling. There is no gym like Land O' Lakes!! The coaches walk thru every exercise in detail, always keep an eye out on form, motivate you right when you need it, and push you to work harder when you doubt yourself. There is no gym like this one!!!
I'm an original F45 member. After C19, this new staff is top tier amongst the Coaches in the Bay area. Kudos to these proficient trainers!!
F45 Land O Lakes is a great studio! Coach Amanda was so energetic and motivated me through the whole class. The live DJ was a surprise. The music kept the energy up. Definitely will be back to take more classes!
Had a great first F45 class here this morning! Very clean with lots of nice equipment to utilize. The workout was challenging but I was able to catch onto the process quickly. Our coach and gym manager was very helpful and encouraging! Definitely recommend coming in

First time trying Outside BBQ today and it was delicious! New favorite bbq place in the area now. I had Brisket, Mac, and collard greens and it was all seasoned to perfection and delicious. Definitely recommend!

Delicious food, huge portions! Staff was friendly, helpful & actively cleaning when not assisting customers. Greeting everyone as they entered and saying thank you as customers left. Will definitely visit again!
This helped her confidence. After three classes she behaved much better at other social gatherings like church and gym daycare. Very happy that the instructors give her special attention and encouragement.
Just as excellent as every other Culver's I've been to. The food is exactly what I hope it will be, the root beer is delicious, portions are good sized and filling. As always the Culver's staff is super friendly.
