I was visiting Lake Mary area and did a drop-in to the studio. I met the owner, she is a delightful person. The cleanliness, service and workout was perfect for me. If you live or visit Lake Mary, I highly recommend you workout at this studio. The trainer was great. They truly are a 5 star studio.

I like having the variety of cardio and resistance short timed stations, along with the tvs that show the exercises and timer. The coaches will help correct your form and are very friendly.
F45 is tough but great at the same time! I’ve always just been a weight training guy. I’ve found that adding this into my routine is helping me achieve my goals. All the coaches are great! Give it a try!

Starting a new gym (especially by yourself) can be very intimidating, but everyone here at F45 Lake Mary is so welcoming and outgoing that you don’t have time to feel that intimidation. The second you walk through the doors they immediately greet you with a smile and engage in conversation. The coaches are all so knowledgeable and motivating. They each bring a different style to the table which makes the Lake Mary location such a powerhouse! If you’re on the fence about joining or trying a class, just do it. You have nothing to lose (except for lbs) and only muscle and friends to gain!
I love coming here. I come 6 x a week. I love how the coaches challenge and guide me. I like the owner who is great. I like the Manager-also great. The atmosphere and how motivated they make you feel to push yourself is a lot of why I come here. I also am seeing great results! It’s fun and I love the music!
