I tried the 7 day trial at this location and from the very first day the team has been so welcoming! The studio is well managed and clean. The energy is great and all coaches were super supportive with teaching you the proper techniques. Don’t be intimidated by this style of workout - this studio will get you motivated to keep working on your fitness goal and to continue to join the greater F45 family!! Love it there

F45 is my favorite way to start the day. All of the coaches are so friendly and helpful, the equipment is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very motivating. The classes are challenging but you leave feeling so good. I definitely recommend F45 for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. Sandra, Maddie, Kelly, Caelan, David, Logan, Stephen, and Scott, you guys are all fantastic! Thanks for motivation and encouragement!

Sitting in my couch with a sick 5 year old wishing I was at f45 right now. Listen up mamas, this is a no brainer. The work outs are tough but easy because it goes by quick x You get there, follow directions and leave. I love the coaches, Steven, Maddie, Scott the owner is really awesome. I’m really happy here and refer everyone I know!
