F45 Training La Mesa - Gym in La Mesa - 8716 La Mesa Blvd, USA

This is the only form of gym working out that I've ever enjoyed. I've tried going by myself, going with a friend, personal trainer- none of them were enjoyable for me or motivated me. F45 is perfect for me: in and out in 45 minutes, starts and ends on time every time, the trainers are great, the music is pretty good, the pace is perfect, and you will leave sweating every time! Oh, and the cost is very reasonable!

I love this F45 location. I go to the 5:30 pm class almost every day. I really enjoy taking class with Coach Noah, Coach Rox, and Coach Dom! They’re very fun and informative, and they gave me lots of tips and stretches to do when I injured my lower back.

Outstanding trainers and challenging classes that keep you thinking and working out. Best decision I've made to improve myself to get back to me, you can't go wrong. Positive energy and improvement in all areas of your body.

Just finished my first f45 in a while. Still as tough as I remember! Love the convenience of this gym. Plenty of parking. Coaches and other athletes were nice. No complaints. Only good things to say. Water provided. Good music. Bring a towel. It's a tough workout.

I recently signed up for F45 La Mesa and can genuinely say that my workouts over the past 45 days have been challenging, dynamic, cardio filled, strength based and full of exercises and movements that make each workout unique. As a former Cross Fitter/Boot Camp member, I have now found a gym that brings together all of the components of working out that I love! The coaches are encouraging, positive and have great energy. They take time to go over all movements before class starts. Coaches encourage all of us during the workouts and ensure we are using proper form during movements. I love that the gym is clean, has great equipment, well organized workouts and a welcoming feel when you walk through the door. The coaches have been very welcoming and are always in a great mood! They set up a great foundation for the members, who have also been very friendly and welcoming. Casey was great at checking in with me and following up to see how my first couple weeks were going, which was appreciated!

I have been with this team for 7 weeks. I am feeling empowered and motivated with the positive energy at F45. The coaches are knowledgable and respectful of adult learners; the facility is very clean; I’ve enjoyed the social interaction with other members. My 70th birthday is around the corner and I feel grateful and stronger!

Love the workouts!!! They are balanced and will help you achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be. Side note: Don’t be intimidated and think you have to be fit for the classes, any fitness level works.

F45 La Mesa is an amazing gym. The workout routines are ever changing to optimize athleticism and always fun/challenging. Above and beyond that is the community. Although the workouts can be aggressive (which is good), the classmates and staff are welcoming. In fact, I’ve made several friends that aren’t just workout-buddies. If you’re interested in fitness, friends or both, I recommend this gym. The only reason I’d ever leave is if I moved away.
