Valentina and Helen are absolutely wonderful trainers. They always go out of their way to help everybody out: always giving adjustments to improve posture and performance. I always book a session when one of them is there. They also play great music. Mostly 70s, 80s, 90s remixes. Makes the workout so much more fun.

Convenient location, plenty of classes to choose from in the morning and evening. Eve in particular is such a knowledgeable trainer with one of the best and most motivating attitudes I've ever seen in a fitness setting.

I’ve been going to F45 Hollywood for 5-6 months now and haven’t even considered switching to another gym. The people and the coaches make every workout so much more enjoyable and the energy is unparalleled. The coaches do a great job at correcting your form, offering alternatives if you have any injuries, or making workouts more challenging if you’ve mastered any of the movements.

I LOVE F45 Hollywood!!! The coaches are the absolute best. They really push you and make sure your form is good and that you’re ultimately having fun through your workout. Shoutout to coach Armando, Jake, Avais, Libby, Fallon, Helen!! They’re all truly great people! They also try to build community which is different than the other gyms I’ve gone to in the past. We have fitness challenges, we hike together and we had a pool party over the summer! Shout out to the staff. They also have really good membership deals.

F45 workouts are great—high pace, dynamic, and you’re in and out in an hour. And free parking! But what really makes it stand out is the community of people and coaches, whose encouragement makes working out enjoyable. Really good people here.

Best workout and gym experience I’ve ever had. It’s a fantastic workout for the whole body and all positive vibes! All the coaches make sure I am starting my day in the best way possible!

Love the workouts, love the coaches, love the other members! The gym is new, clean and in perfect condition and the coaches are super knowledgable but also friendly and supportive as well. The staff is very responsive in terms of membership and any other needs I've had. This place is like family!

I love this place. The coaches are THE BEST. The music and energy are great. F45 makes going to the gym fun, not dreadful like I usually feel about working out :-) I learn so much about overall health & fitness from both doing the exercises and talking to the very knowledgable trainers. Plus free parking in a monitored garage behind the building.
