It was my first time training at a different F45 besides my home studio in Hawai’i. My friend and I were both in Vegas at the same time so he recommended this studio. We went to the 4:30pm class yesterday and hit the 5am class this morning. Ryan, the owner, was nice and personable. Coach Ellis was also knowledgeable and friendly. Got a chance to meet coaches James, Sean, and Becca and they had a lot of good energy this morning. I appreciated their encouragement and attentiveness during the cardio workout.
The studio is nice, clean, and has a good amount of flowing air with an AC and powerful fans. There are 2 restrooms and they are clean and well stocked with deodorant, sprays, hair ties, q-tips, and feminine hygiene products. The shower is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
If I’m ever in Vegas again, I’d definitely visit this studio again. Mahalo, F45 Henderson! 🤙🏼
After working out at other boot camps and gyms in the area I’m so happy we found F45 Henderson! Ryan, the guy behind it all is super cool. The coaches here are excellent! Head Coach Aaron cares a lot about helping members achieve their fitness goals and keeping things fun. Coach Eliis and Coach Nyna are extremely sweet and knowledgeable, coach Alexis, is super up beat and encouraging, Coach Carissa and Coach Felix are pure motivation at all times. With coaches like these I would never even think about looking any further than this place!
F45 is the best place to invest in your health.
Great team with lots of experience, coaches always available for advice , continuously monitoring the way we train and make needed modifications to avoid any injuries.

We are members of a different location but wanted to work out while on vacation in Henderson. We stopped in and were met with the most welcoming and motivating staff. The workouts were challenging but well-explained. The coaches were super helpful and fun. We had such a great experience, we decided to come again the next day. I would highly recommend this location for their amazing staff and facilities.
All the trainers were attentive and helpful. Gym was clean and well maintained. The equipment was in good condition. Classes were easy to book and everyone was so nice. If we are ever back in Henderson we will be back! Thanks F45 for such a fun workout I’m definitely going to be sore tomorrow!
I've loved all my workouts at F45. The different classes keep it interesting and makes the time go by fast. My sister recommended it and it's really nice having a partner to team up with and go. But classes without her, I've also made friends. I've never joined a gym before because I was too intimidated, besides when I worked for RPM training when I did CrossFit which was a little too intense. Jill at the front desk is so friendly, funny and encouraging and I've loved all my coaches so far, Shannon, Aaron and Paul are great. The app to sign up for classes is easy to use and the "InBody" app gives you great insight to your health. I also got cool goodies when I joined, they also have a great social media presence. Thanks guys and keep it up!
I love it here! F45 is so welcoming and every workout is always so challenging in the best way. Everyday is different which keeps it exciting and I actually look forward to coming in. Coach Jill and Coach Rebekah always push me and keep me accountable, it’s a family atmosphere. You will see results and feel fit!!
Such a great studio. Very clean and organized. Everyone is amazing and super friendly. We were visiting from out of town and they made us feel like family! We will be back for sure.
