Stepping into F45 was a total game-changer for me! The workouts are a blast, not just fun but seriously challenging, pushing me and boosting my confidence. The coaches are phenomenal, consistently offering motivation and guidance. Highly recommend. Solid 5 stars - no doubt!

Just finished my 10th session and I cannot say enough good about this place! As someone who always felt a little bit lost in the gym, these classes make me feel welcome and excited to workout! Even when I’m waking up at 6:30 to make a 7am class! It’s become a part of my daily routine and I love it! All of the coaches are so welcoming and the music is awesome!

I have done 10 workouts at F45 and am Hooked!! The workouts are fun and the time goes so quickly! The trainers are all encouraging and offering support! Highly recommend!!
