F45 Training Downtown Orlando - Gym in Orlando - 777 N Orange Ave, USA

As a person who has tried many different types of athletic environments from CrossFit to Orange Theory to various gyms, F45 is easily my favorite. The coaches are supportive, music is motivational, people are great and they switch up the movements constantly so I never get bored. I love my gym.

I was a member here for about one year and recently the gym changed ownership which shortly after is when I decided to terminate my membership. Before I used to always be able to reach someone if I had questions, and after the switch, that was definitely not the case. I had several issues with being billed more than the allotted amount or more frequently than I should have. I called left voicemails and wrote emails many of which went unanswered. Since I was unable to visit in person and received no communication from the gym, I had to call several times on different days before I got someone on the phone to help me. Before leaving the country in early May I called several times over a lost item that I left in the gym, again never received a call back, despite speaking with a member at least once. Furthermore, upon changing their billing policy, the owners took the opportunity to change the expiration of the classes as well. Instead of paying monthly and having an entire month to use your allotment of classes, they switched to a biweekly billing in which your classes expire every two weeks and if you do not use them, they are simply a sunk cost to the customer. Given that I travel for work and attend professional school in the evenings, I found the new billing system very inflexible, and I ended up losing money unfortunately. With the new ownership also came new trainers, many of which had a very bro-vibe, being a college athlete myself i found the instructors constantly pushing higher weight to be unsafe practice since people tend to know their limits. Overall, after the shift, it was not the experience I was used to and did not find it motivating. Although this gym was no longer a good fit for me, it may be for someone who lives walking distance and in ok with the limited schedule (especially on weekends).

The experience of working out there has been amazing! The trainers and staff are super energetic and friendly! Great environment for high intensity workouts and fun at the same time!

I've been doing F45 for a few weeks now and I can honestly say it's the best group fitness experience I've ever had! The workouts are challenging, the trainers are motivating and the community they've built is awesome. It's a very supportive, motivating environment that they're cultivating. I also love that no two workouts are the same - it makes for interesting and fun fitness. I can already feel my body getting stronger!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars because that’s how awesome this gym is. I have been a member of F45 Downtown Orlando since it has opened, and I LOVE it! The workouts are challenging and dynamic, and they are always different, which keeps me on my toes. The trainers are AMAZING and have pushed me through some of the most challenging of workouts. There is a sense of community at this gym that keeps me coming back for more. I am so happy that I joined!

F45 Downtown Orlando deserves more than 5 stars! I've never been a big gym-goer simply because I always felt like I never knew what to do once I got to the gym. F45 has changed that. This gym provides a fun and motivating environment with challenging, yet do-able workouts. I love the fact that the workouts change daily, and the mix of cardio and resistance has literally put me in my best shape in years... and this is only my first month there. The coaches and other members of the gym are arguably my favorite thing about F45. The trainers are right by your side to encourage you through even the hardest workouts, and their support makes all the difference. Now I'm at F45 5-6 times a week and feel healthier than ever. When I miss a day, I literally miss the community I've come to love so much. Thank you, F45 team - so thankful for y'all!

The downtown F45 gym is the best! Great circuit workouts with the best coaches in town. With every work, I’ve burned more calories like I’ve never had before. 🔥 The coaches have made this gym a healthy community! 💪 Every coach knows you by name, which makes you comfortable from the first day you walk in! Come on by and try it out!

I love this gym! The workouts are intense and worth every minute. It’s wonderful that it’s only 45 minutes and gets you in and out dripping sweat. The coaches have been encouraging and continue to help with form and technique every class. I have never been to a class that didn’t make me work hard. I want everyone to join F45 it won’t let you down.
