F45 Crossroads is the place to be! The staff, trainers, and members bring me so much joy while working out each class. As someone who works remotely, I truly look forward to going to class and getting out of the house after a long day of work. Holly and the other team members are always so kind and motivating! If you're looking for a place to sweat it out while jamming to the best tracks, this is the place for you!
This is such a fun place to work out! It’s something new every day, and the staff really makes every effort to welcome you and be friendly and helpful. Anytime I had to communicate with them they got back to me right away. I’m gonna miss these guys but we are Tulsa bound.
I was looking for a new gym and am so happy that I found F45. The staff is always there to greet you with a smile. They are helpful and encouraging during the workout. They truly want the best for you. The workouts are TOUGH but make you STRONGER! I love having stations to move around to. It always keeps you moving. They play music throughout the workout to pump you up! The other members are considerate and we all want each other to succeed! I highly recommended F45!
I love F45! Whether you are new to working out or experienced - you will get out of your workout whatever you make it. There are options for every level and the coaches are so helpful and positive. It is a hard workout but goes by quickly. I highly recommend. Its the best 45 min of my day!
after 2 years of working out here, but 5 total years at F45 in other states, i can say i love this location and the energy of everyone there! it never fails to be such a cheery part of my day as well as great workout!
Was in town visiting from Cincinnati for a wedding and dropped in on a Saturday and it was awesome! Love that no matter where you go, the f45 experience is always 10/10. Great studio!
