F45 Training Coral Gables - Fitness center in South Miami - 5958 S Dixie Hwy 2nd floor, USA

First time visiting the Coral Gables location! Great space, LOVE the natural light and open feel. It definitely got hot during the workout, though, but they had giant floor fans cranking. Trainers were good and offered modifications if needed. Wasn't crazy about taking an elevator, but when you become a member, I believe you get a code for the stairs. Went to a mid-morning class, and it was less than half full. There was no issue with parking at the time I went. Studio flooring had some signs of wear and tear, which left my clothes dirty (on top of the sweat, haha). Overall, it was a good experience!

The best gym around! The coaches are fun but also push you to your limit. The people that attend are all really nice. The only downside is parking as it is sometimes hard to find but the garage next door has a free hour available.

What an overall amazing experience F45 Coral Gables is, from the trainers, to the workout, to the music, the view and the energy. If you are looking to reach your fitness goals and meet an awesome community, I highly recommend F45 Coral Gables. I have tried other studios and this specific studio stands out to me the most in terms of friendliness, cleanliness and professionalism. Thank you to Kim, Erin, and Eddie for the warm welcome!!

I am a monthly member of a f45 studio outside of Philadelphia Pennsylvania (where I live) and was down in Miami visiting family for about five days. I did a few drop-in classes here over the course of three days… and this studio is amazing! The panoramic views while the sun is rising over Miami were SICK (it’s on the top floor of a building and you are literally working out while watching the sunrise early in the morning ) and the trainers are the bomb **all of them**. Ed has a great thing going with this place - highly recommend. I’ll be back for sure next time I’m in Miami 💪☀️🌅🏋️

I love F45 Coral Gables. I started going about a year ago, and since then I'm hooked. I love it so much that I go 4 to 5 times a week. I've never felt so strong and good overall. The workout are never the same so there is no chance of getting bored. The studio is gorgeous and clean. It's large, very airy and the view is awesome. But probably the best part of the studio is the trainers. Eddie, Natalia, Erin and Sophia are doing a fantastic job encouraging everyone to push themselves and they always have an amazing attitude. I absolutely love them!

Update (July 2021) : Me encanta ! I'm still here after a year and a half... 😍 I really enjoy every class, F45 motivates me to get up and go for my goals. The way the classes are organized keeps me interested, it disconnects me from stress and helps me to focus and create my own positive energy. The coaches are really committed to making each class fun, efficient and they care about correcting you and avoiding injuries... by the way, I love using Lion heart. It is spectacular to monitor your performance. I'm very happy to be part of the team.

Hands down the best workout class in Miami. I never enjoyed going to group classes until I found this f 45! Eddie, Nat, Erin, Kevin and Sophia are so supportive and encouraging. Even the days when I felt unmotivated they still helped me get a good workout in. Thank you guys!!

The best group workout I’ve ever experienced. Eddie and his coaches were welcoming, energetic, and always a joy to be around! The workouts were so much fun with the best music and coaches walking around fixing techniques and motivating everyone! The facility is consistently clean and organized and the staff make it a priority to promote cleanliness during each workout. I honestly have nothing bad to say about F45 Coral Gables. HIGHLY recommend trying if you are considering.
