My initial F45 experience was filled with great expectations. I ventured to the studio, eager to embrace a new fitness challenge. Despite the well-organized setup and my initial affinity for the F45 model, my enthusiasm plummeted due to the abysmal customer service during the class. We received a greeting and commenced the workout, only to be met with an utter lack of support or attention from the coaches. My sister and I were left in a state of neglect, a stark contrast to the welcoming atmosphere we've encountered elsewhere on our fitness journey.

Best Gym ever with the best trainers! The trainers always find a way to push your limits. +800 classes and still going strong 💪 life changing! Recently remodeled, all new weights and equipment! The new layout makes a great gym even greater!

I started F45 about two-and-a-half weeks ago (first did the trial promotion and then became a full member) and have enjoyed it every step of the way! The coaches are encouraging and down to earth. The atmosphere is supportive with "pod buddies" and coaches alike helping members out with making sure you've got the right form/are doing the workouts correctly. It's a great gym with great people!

I did the 1 week trial over a year ago and never looked back. I just did my 300th class and I can't imagine ever going to another gym. The coaches are very motivating and also very knowledgeable. Shelby knows just how to push you to your limits. Great sense of community ! I can't say enough good things about this studio. If you are on the fence, definitely check it out!

F45 coconut creek helps me reach my fitness goals. Best coaches, best members, I feel part of this new family. I recently ran a Spartan race and did great only because I have been consistent training at F45. Thanks F45 ;)

Best gym in Coconut Creek! Clean, organized, and amazing workouts. F45 is one of my favorite workouts and this location is doing everything right. Coaches are awesome and motivating.

Very nice and clean gym. The workouts are challenging but doable and you can always go at your own pace. The trainers are all great and encourage you to challenge yourself while still being mindful of your limits. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership due to a foot injury (that did not occur at the gym) but I hope to be back soon.

I cannot say enough about how much I love this F45 at Coconut Creek!! They have the best coaches who push you, care about your life and help you in anyway possible! Shelby, Paul, Chrissi and Juan are incredible!! They have become family ! I am addicted to the workouts they make it so much fun every time I go! It keeps us coming back!
