Honestly, Casey and Megan are amazing. They are not only helpful, motivated and encourage others on how to do the correct form within a workout, but help them grow by working with others through demonstration. Thanks F45 staff, you'll definitely be seeing me again!

This place is amazing and I am so glad I joined. The instructors are so encouraging and they push you to be the best version of yourself. They are also very accomodating for different needs, I recently had surgery and was worried I would not be able to fully participate. But, they were so kind and understanding. I am so happy with my experience :).

I was never an early morning gym person but I find myself motivated to go almost everyday. It’s been 3 weeks now. The coaches are all super friendly, helpful and encouraging. Sessions are different every day and it takes away the pressure of trying to figure out what to do. I also have à limited budget but I think it’s worth it so far. I’m investing in my health.

Canceled last year. Was told everything was good. I gave a 30 day noticed like they said. I was told it was good because I couldn't go in to sign a form. Months later, and they charged me!! Old manager is gone so no way to confirm our phone conversation. Sad they steal from people because of a paper that they said I needed to fill out but never sent to me. I will be contacting BBB and making a complaint for theft

First F-45 Class Coming from someone who has done Orange Theory, CrossFit, Globo Gyms, Yoga, Spin Classes and overall fitness enthusiast. The Coaches were great the owner was present and it was a fun little cardio class. If you are looking for something that is fun and breaks up the monotony of your workout routines or looking for an energetic group that will help you accomplish your fitness goals no matter if you are just beginning or experienced I highly recommend F-45.

I was so nervous to even start this Journey and then the manager Casey reached out to me and he made me feel so comfortable even over the phone. I went to my first class and I have not left. I literally have so much fun and the trainers have become some of my best friends. 10/10

They are knowledgeable, motivating, and always pushing you to be your best. They'll help you perfect your form, keep you motivated, and ensure that you're getting the most out of every single workout. The workouts themselves are intense, but also incredibly fun. The variety of exercises and the constantly changing routines mean that you never get bored and are always challenged. The group atmosphere is also fantastic, as you'll be working out alongside other like-minded individuals who are all striving towards the same goals. But perhaps the best thing about F45 is the results. I've been going for several months now, and I've never felt better. I'm stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever before. And the best part is that the workouts are so efficient that I'm able to achieve all of this in just 45 minutes a day. Overall, I cannot recommend F45 enough. If you're serious about getting in shape and want to be part of an amazing fitness community, F45 is the way to go. Five stars all the way!

Absolutely love this place. Manager & staff are so great and the workouts are uplifting and so much fun. I was really nervous my first day but you can go your own pace! 100 % favorite work out class!
