F45 was the best decision I made for myself in the last year. Every class, every coach, is so amazing! There is nothing better than rolling in, getting to listen to funky jams, dance a lil, and get your (very sweaty) workout in and done for the day. The community is so supportive and I wouldn't have it any other way! Thank you Bressi Ranch F45! You are the GOAT!

When I walked into F45 Bressi Ranch I was immediately greeted and made comfortable. I was visiting from another F45 gym, and was familiar with the format. The coaches work closely with clients to ensure their form is correct, and are very encouraging. I asked about a modification for an exercise (I am not about that pull-up life) and coach Jess was able to give me a modification right away, and I was still able to get a good workout for that exercise. Great workout, good energy, and good people. It's a community. I'm definitely coming back when I'm in town!

I absolutely love F45 Bressi Ranch! The coaches are amazingly supportive, fun, and charismatic. I’ve tried other F45s, but the members and Coaches at Bressi Ranch are by far the best workout community. I look forward to working out each day!

Love this place! I've been a member here since Jan '23 and absolutely love it! I go to class 5 days a week. The class variation and intensity is perfect for anyone, no matter their fitness level. The coaches are wonderful, supportive, engaging and fun! Highly recommend.

F45 is wonderful. I used to be a member and employee at their sister studio FS8 in Sydney. I love their workouts at Bressi Ranch and their owner Autumn seems great.

I’m in love with F45 training!! I had never really worked out before, and needed somewhere that would motivate me and help me with my form when lifting weights, and also where I could go and feel comfortable- this is the place :) all of the coaches are incredibly nice, welcoming, and so motivating!! Katie, Michelle, Jenn, Lynn, everyone is extremely sweet! Even if it’s one coach in a class, they are constantly circling the room, making sure to help everyone and push everyone to keep going. I love how the workouts change monthly, and everyone else taking the class is so nice and makes you feel great! Fist bumps and high fives all around :) It’s very clean too! They really encourage you and it feels so good coming to a class, AND finishing it. Thank you all at F45!!

12/14/23 - Adding to my review. I've now been going here for over two years. Absolutely love it more everyday!!!! The workouts are always new and challenging and the trainers are the ABSOLUTE best. This place and these people are definitely my gym family!!!! I joined F45 in Sept 2021 and absolutely LOVE it. Pre-COVID I went to a boot camp style gym. Similar concept but only 30 min. I really really liked that gym but when things opened back up I wanted to try something similar but new and with longer workouts. F45 is PERFECT. I love every aspect of this gym! The facility is amazing, as are the workouts. The variety between the days of the week and changing it up every few weeks is awesome. Keeps it fresh and targets every part of your body. A great mix between strength and cardio. The coaches? WOW just wow…. They are all absolutely AMAZING. They are encouraging, motivating and energetic!!! They help us focus on form and know exactly when and how to challenge us! I don’t know how but they know everyone and their ability and know exactly when to push us!! I broke my thumb about a month after I joined and they all rallied to help me modify workouts every time I needed it! BEST gym EVER! If you haven’t tried it, do it!! You will not regret it! Cheers to F35 Bressi and the amazing trainers!
