We absolutely love F45 Training in Ashburn VA. The trainers are very knowledgeable and help keep a great workout pace without sacrificing good form to maximize building muscle safely and effectively. I have seen tremendous results in just a couple months by attending classes 2-3 times a week. I have been involved in many different types of fitness but nothing compares to F45 training in my opinion. It’s such a great all around training program that can benefit anyone at any fitness level!
F45 Ashburn provides a fantastic workout with amazing trainers, members and staff. The facility is clean and the workouts are tons of fun. They have plenty of scheduling options throughout the day and each daily workout is challenging and keeps you on your toes. I can't stress enough how fantastic the staff are! The trainers are always willing to lend you support and guidance on form and technique. They're friendly and engaging and constantly push you to achieve your best. It's a friendly and supportive environment - regardless of your fitness level, you will sweat!
I’ve been attending classes at F45 Ashburn since before they were officially even open when they offered free classes in the building next to where they are located now. F45 Ashburn has built a great community of members and the coaches are wonderful. They will work with you to scale movements if you have injuries or offer more advanced progressions to movements. Simply stated - they will meet you at your unique fitness level. Not to mention, the gym is clean and the equipment is updated when needed. After more than 300 classes, I still enjoy it.
My favorite part of the day is going to F45! The coaches are super friendly and encouraging for all fitness levels.
Amazing!! If you looking for a place that gives you an amazing workout, fantastic trainers and you leave smiling even though you are exhausted from a great workout, then look no further. This is hands down the best place to workout. Classes are fresh and will push you to do your best and then some. Whether you are used to working out or new to the gym, the trainers are so great at making you feel comfortable and helping you at any stage of your workout journey.
I recently starting going to F45 Ashburn and cannot say enough good things about it. The workouts vary each day and every one of them has been amazing. They are fun and go by extremely quickly. All the trainers are very knowledgeable, they keep you motivated and are so encouraging. When you leave the gym you definitely feel like you worked every muscle in your body. I have already recommended F45 to many of my friends.
My wife and I started a few weeks ago with a trial. The classes were amazing and change every day. The instructors are engaged and bring good energy to the class. All of the equipment is top notch and the facility is great. The app is easy to use for scheduling the classes. We decided to sign up for a whole year!
F45 Ashburn is AMAZING! F45 has challenged me physically and mentally to be the best version of myself. I love the energy it brings each and every day in only 45 minutes. The coaches have been so helpful at pushing me to that next level all while making sure I keep good form. The strength days are my favorite but it’s nice they also have cardio for balance. Even the music will get you pumping! After seeing what a difference it has made in my life, my husband decided to join. It’s definitely got something for everyone in all spectrums of fitness.
