I have had a great experience with these guys. Sometimes they are understaffed but generally attentive. We have more than 20 installations of their PLC Products and have no complaints. AVG is a good American company. We have used Allen Bradley, Modicon, Siemens and many others. The features on the AVG devices are fine for what we do. If we need a more robust controller, we have found the EZRacks easy to deploy and they work over any size screen. The software works fine. Great value for the money.

Avoid this company, they do not stand by their own products, there is no warranty and when it fails after only a few months they expect you to pay almost the replacement cost to repair. Apparently Sun light readable does not mean usable outdoors. Go to Maple Systems instead for a proper solution.
