We couldn't be more pleased with the EyeTech communication device my adult son received this week! It is opening doors of communication for him that we never thought could be possible! Due to physical limitations, this eye-gaze technology is the first activity he has been able to do on his own in his life. It is such a joy (tears!) to see him make such amazing progress so quickly - and having such a wonderful time in the process! The EyeTech Consultant, Success Coach, and Tech Support have been extraordinarily helpful and have gone far beyond the call of duty to get things set up exactly right - adapting the device to my son's unique needs to help him be successful. We couldn't believe how much trouble they went to and how quickly they were able to expedite getting the device approved through insurance, delivered, and set up. They are especially gracious and kind. We are extremely grateful!

I highly recommend checking out EyeTech if you are in the market for an AAC device. I work for a school district in Southern California and have had a very difficult time working with local device reps and the local EyeTech rep, Tyler, has truly gone above and beyond to meet our needs. He loaned us a device for 4 weeks to do a trial and then when we were able to move forward with purchasing, the device came in ONE WEEK. (With other companies we have waited 2+ months!) There was one small hiccup with delivering the mount because we were told it would take another 4 weeks to come in but Tyler made a call and got it shipped out to arrive at the same time as the device. Thus far, I am truly amazed at the extraordinary customer service we have received working with EyeTech.
