Wayne was super thorough explaining the process of renting a unit, walked me through my options, and gave me a tour of the premises so I would know where everything was. I was unsure about my move in date and him and Jessica were super helpful in figuring out a way for me to move down my move-in date so I would not have to pay early and could keep the rate I had gotten from the online promotion. They are so friendly and accommodating!

Dennis is a master of his property. He keeps a very clean and tight ship very accommodating. Denis is available all the time and make storage auctions a breeze at this location as I buy over 300 auctions a year. I am delighted when I see them at his Stoneham location as I know it’s going to be an easy transaction. The building is very inviting and I have never seen a cleaner office at an extra space storage. I actually want to hang out here and work from here myself.

NEVER GO HERE. I went to grab some stuff from my unit and noticed my lock had been changed. The new one was Extra Space Certified, but I never put it on. When the manager cut it open (we had no key), nearly $10k worth of stuff was missing from the unit. Things left had been tipped over and thrown around. The amount of stuff taken, someone must have cut the lock, loaded a large truck with everything, not just a handful of stuff, and took their time to filter through and decide what they wanted. Conveniently, the camera doesn't reach the area of my unit, and the staff seemed to have zero desire to go through other footage and solve the problem. Staff has been extremely unhelpful and has offered us $25 for our troubles. Some stolen items were sentimental and cannot be replaced. Beyond angry that this happened, since the unit is only accessible by other Extra Space Storage users and employees, and having an employee approved lock replaced made it feel ever worse. Absolutely do not come here unless you don't care about your items and are prepared to deal with incompetent employees.

Great customer service! Both Wayne and Dennis are extremely helpful. The place is clean and they know the business better than any other storage unit I've used.

Feeling bad for interrupting Dennis' lunch, he was fantastic and great to deal with! Looking forward to having space in your building Edit: had an incident where I attempted to get some stuff in, and the wheel on the cart would not go forward. Put a complaint in that there's a lip at the garage door, and no ramp to use for easy use. Nope. Got told I used too much weight on the cart. Basically got told I was a fool. Yet I've been moving things for many years, and there's always been a ramp. Only reason it's not a 1 is because they were great when moving in, and the guy was solid. Facilities aren't too bad, but that lip makes it hard to get a cart In.

I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage in Stoneham, Massachusetts for over 20 years. The people who manage this facility have always been excellent to deal with. Dennis Addison, who is the store manager, has been very responsive and helpful. He is a pleasure to do business with. He goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied.
