Extended Stay America - Extended stay hotel in Chino - 4325 Corporate Center Ave, USA

Travelling on and off through April and May staying mostly here for work and so far everything has been wonderful. Very kind reception and clean rooms, safe parking lot where I don't have to watch my car constantly, the fridge in the kitchen is bigger than my personal fridge and it's really convenient to be able to cook rather than order or buy food every night. Forgot a toothbrush and instead of having to go to the store they gave me one which was super rad. Plenty of space to get work done and plenty of space to move around in the room. Clean and comfortable bed. Thanks!

Room smelt of cigarette smoke. They gave me another but floors just cleaned and smelt equally bad and AC did not work properly. Area was iffy with some people lurking may have been guests but hmm. Best part was Evan and Torie who did all they could to accommodate me and really were great. Extended Stay needs to give them a raise...great staff

This hotel is wonderful and the staff is great. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Everything we need is here: breakfast, amenities, laundry, parking...and if we need anything else the staff is just a phone call away. What more could you ask for? 5 stars

I left a good review for this place when I got there and I had to delete it because my stay there ended up being more of a disappointment and a nightmare at the end. The reason I picked this place is because I thought that they supported our veterans but it turns out that's not true at all. Me and my husband were forced to leave our home because my mother passed away and they were going to sell it. And with rent prices skyrocketing it was hard to find an affordable place to live. And even with both of us working we were struggling to get by. But luckily we were in the process of getting help through a program that helps veterans that are struggling. And when we started falling behind on paying the room they said not to worry about it and as long as we paid something it was OK. Until one weekend we tried to make a payment and they refused to accept our payment unless we could pay the entire balance. So long story short they decided to evict us. And now that this program is ready to house us it's nearly impossible to find a place that will take even a veteran with an eviction. Even though we moved out of the hotel and left it in perfect condition for as long as we stayed there, they put that on our record. I was going to pay them everything I owed them when the estate of my mother's was sold until they did this. And when we got our complete invoice we noticed alot of money scamming going on here. So if you do stay here get an invoice and check what they charge you for and how many charges they apply to your card. It was a safe place when we got there but before we left it was becoming very unsafe. I had my food stolen from the hallways that doordash left. They don't clean up the dog feces on the sidewalks. And there was a shooting outside in their parking lot. I'm not making any of this up. Avoid staying here especially if you are a veteran. It's places like this that are causing our vets to become homeless.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable rooms. Convenient location yet still feels private. Fast check-in/check-out; the front desk is happy to provide anything needed. Seydi, Torrie, and Evan are incredibly friendly and accommodating - they are the best part of the hotel.

Hotel Mgr and Front desk staff friendly, patient and courteous responding quickly to concerns. Rooms clean with kitchens and comfortable with affordable rates. Friendly dogs allowed. Grounds walkable and eating and stores in a walkable distance.

Are Fire Department needed rooms and this extended stay was amazing for us. Front desk Worker Seydi was very helpful and was able to get us in are rooms quickly and efficiently. She was able to help us find food places and gyms nearby. I would recommend to other people and businesses to stay at.
