There was minor issues at first that annoyed me. The heater stopped working, the toilet clogged easily. However, I stayed for 2 months and the great customer service really helped soothe my irritation. Plus the room was very clean. Front desk people were generally amazing. One guy gave me slightly incorrect info that housekeeping would only come by once every 15 days. That turned out to be wrong. They were there once a week, either Monday or Tueaday and that was a very nice touch. I'd stay there again. When I initially gave poor feedback, the property manager reached out to me via e-mail. That was nice. Everything turned around and it ended up a great experience. Most importantly, the bed was fairly comfortable. The shower bath was clean. These things are important to me. They delivered on that promise. The hallway could use a remodel. It's rather depressing with the dingy brown color. But if they remodeled they'd have to raise rates, sooo. There's that. My neighbors - I wondered how some of them could afford this. I thought it would be a business traveler destination, which is what I was, but really you are surrounded by some folks that don't appear to have a lot of money, FYI. Just so people are not surprised. Expect Marijuana smells and beer boxes piled up in the trash room. There was some boys who would sit in the parking lot in the back of a truck on clear nights and drink beer. A car got broken into one night and I was warned by a friendly neighbor to park in the front. Minor annoyances like everything I just said, but overall it was great. I would stay there again.
Had a lingering cigarette smell in the halls.
People smoking right outside the main doors Everytime I came in and out of the hotel, despite the no smoking signs.
Rooms are pretty plain.
Service was great, but I would say if it weren't for that, I wouldn't consider spending that kind of money again.
Positive: Location was convenient to the bus. Fast food and 7-11 within walking distance. Had working a/c Negative: Ran out of amenities constantly, some noise travel, did not repair key card entries for well over a month and a half, always have to wait a long time for staff to come to the front desk
For kids team sports parents this place is fantastic
Not swanky but clean near all the ball parks, and a fantastic value for your stay, bring food or order in. They have virtually no breakfast just coffee and muffins or granola bar in AM but who needs it when you have a kitchen! Highly recomend.
This hotel is an absolute dump! Homeless and druggies hanging out inside and outside of this hotel. The floors and carpet are filthy! Hallways have not been vacuumed in decades. Trash on the floors. Unidentifiable dark red stains on floor. Thin worn mattress on wire frame with no boxspring. We are in disbelieve we spent over $200 To stay here. This place needs to be inspected|By the health department.
The only good thing I can say is that it's right off the freeway. When I went into the bathroom, the tub was full of dirty water. I told the front desk to have someone clean it. He informed me that he was the only one there. They gave us another room, and that room's tub was full of hair and dirt.
It's been 4 weeks. Have they called to see if they can compensate me in any way? No. Not one peep. They just apologized. Sure, that'll compensate for me not being able to shower that night.
The room was fine but there's always homeless people loitering/breaking into cars in the parkinglot and not enough parking spots that are visible from the rooms.
Amenities are scarce and don't bother asking if there's late checkout because they never know until the morning of due to staff shortage so you wind up having to be ready to leave at normal checkout time regardless.
Sound from the floor above was abnoxious. It sounded like a 300lb man was running overhead at all hours of the day and night.
None of the doors worked other than the front doors and only one side works with the handicap button which makes using the hotel cart very difficult.
Unfortunately, this is one of the better hotels on that side of olympia so it's kind of the only option which is probably why they're so booked up all the time.
Positive: Nothing Negative: Poor front desk service which was hard to even come by since the desk was often just unattended. Dirty rooms, deteriorating furniture and bathroom, animal and people hair ALL OVER the linens?even when we went and got new ones. Shower barely drained at all
My friend and I went and got the November coffee flight. Each drink was delicious. This is a nice little coffee shop, love the original idea of the coffee flights, and love that they change them every month. Will definitely have to go again and see w
The best meal we have ever had. From the appetizer to the dessert it just got better and better. Crab cakes, salmon, lamb chops, peanut butter torte and blueberry lemon creme brulee.
One of the best US Food's that I have visited. I am fortunate to have this as my local shop. Well organised, well stocked with amazing customer service. Employees are attentive and always eager to help. Great sales and promotions.
This five-star rating pretty much goes for all Costco's because, I love Costco! And who wouldn't? Quite often being single and retired, a lot of times I don't take advantage of the quantity they offer. But what I do buy there is totally worth the mem
