This place is quite great, the service was really nice helping us check in at the desk, the rooms are pretty clean I've looked around my room and surprisingly it's pretty clean, In one of the rooms, the blind looks a little bit stained or wet but that's okay. The doors are quite heavy which is kind of annoying, thermostat doesn't work, but other than those problems the room is pretty great. Electricity works very well TV works fine except it's kind of unresponsive. The lamps are pretty bright It's kind of giving me a headache lol. The location is sort of weird since like you have to go around to the front which is a little bit weird but it's pretty. At the rain time it's literally so satisfying and beautiful. The vending machine is pretty great although there's not that much snacks It's pretty much just candy or just random chip flavors. I do recommend them to add Lay's classic chips or Doritos Cool ranch but other than all of those This place is pretty great. I saw someone come out the elevators and they look modern and cool, This place is also pretty quiet too sometimes the hallways loud in my area but I don't mind, nobody upstairs is being loud either. Everything is just pretty quiet and nice over here. I guess if you ever go on vacation or something then just go to this hotel I guess.

Sterlin is always welcoming whenever we come for our stay here at Extended. Always greets us with great customer service and we always enjoy our time here. He always helps us with whatever we need for our room and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions we may have. Mohini and Noriza are also people who help us out with whatever we need as well. Ensuring that our stay is comfortable. I love coming to Extended!

I am in the middle of finding a new house so I am staying here the place has great customer service rooms are clean so is hotel inside & out U have your own little kitchen.U can't find a better location for your shopping needs & whatever food your craving is it's all within a few hundred yards & for entertainment you have a movie theater just outside the hotel doors. The hotel allows your furry friends also. So I recommend staying here for 1 night or for a extended stay.

The staff at this location is the best! They explained everything to me about how extended stay living works since I had never stayed in a hotel longer than two weeks. They are very responsive to guests needs and requests. There were times that I know I got on their nerves. Even in those times, they responded in a kind and professional manner. Thank you so much for welcoming me.

"Breakfast" (0630-09) was a blueberry or choco Muffin, strawberry yogurt, oatmeal and coffee. We requested pots and pans. They said they were available at the front desk. We told them our toilet was clogged. They said a plunger was available at the front desk. 🥴

I had to ask for card keys several times. The manager makes up rules as he goes. He said I needed to leave after 28 days when I told him it was only 19 days he said it was because I stayed over 14 days. As I was talking, he told me if I didn't listen to him I could go right now. The rates change from day to day, one day it was $101.00 another day it was $180.00. The staff are friendly, the manager's interaction with his staff is down right rude. Union City CA, location.

I've been here a couple of months and excellent location near union landing. It's close to freeways and about 15 miles from Oakland international Airport. It's the halfway point between Oakland and San Jose and a 30 minute drive to San Francisco international Airport as well. The Hayward seashore is a quick drive and there is a memorial park across the street that offers walk paths among the hustle and bustle of the area. Lower priced place in the bay area for all that it offers. If you don't mind a drive to places in the bay area this is a great central location.

Pet friendly. The employee here are really respectful the rooms are very clean and have a nice kitchen in them. There a decent breakfast in the mornings
