Extended Stay America - Tucson - Grant Road - Extended stay hotel in Tucson - 5050 E Grant Rd, USA

This has been one of the best Extended Stays I’ve been to. It is quiet and I get a great nights sleep here. There’s plenty of stores and restraints nearby within walking distance. It’s always great walking to the lobby and seeing Desiree, Carlos and Maria and their beautiful smiles at the front desk. All great personalities and have always been very helpful to me in my stay here. Carlos even helped me out with a flat rate as I am on a business trip and paying out of pocket. Thank you Carlos. Since I am more comfortable cleaning my own room Maria has been an awesome help in providing supplies for me to do that. In one instance, there was a rather awfully rude customer. In which I witnessed Desiree hold her composure very well and handle it accordingly. I think she deserves a raise, I won’t be able to sleep as well if she doesn’t. (Not even kidding). Thanks to the three of them, I am more than pleased to be here at this Extended Stay location. Keep up the great work!

I moved into this Extended Stay hotel in January, expecting to be here less than a week. As it turned out, the room is just the right size for me and my stuff, and I'm still here for now. It's quiet, the TV has a decent number of channels, the a/c has kept me cool even on our hottest days (I do supplement the a/c with a 20" fan since I like it cool at night), the staff is always available and helpful, friendly. It has a full-sized kitchen with plenty of counter space and cabinets, a full-sized fridge, and they provide everything needed (dishes, silverware, etc.) for eating/cooking, although pretty much all I need is a microwave. There's plenty of hot water for showers, etc., the desk is a good size, large enough for my desktop computer, monitor, and misc. office supplies. I have enjoyed my stay here and will definitely consider Extended Stay for future trips.

This Extended Stay (pun intended) has been great. The rooms are clean, the location is great. There’s free coffee in the morning and a breakfast bar. I have no complaints. I’d like to mention Alyssa who is one of the receptionists. She is a great team member and always has an answer to every question.

Only problem being these damn roaches which we use ( indoor usable ) raid to keep away, the WiFi is amazing without upgrading. Almost a full kitchen aside an oven. Full bathroom that looks great. My ladies favorite staff member seems to be Alyssa. Everyone working here is pretty kind and thoughtful so thank you all !

I've stayed here for a couple of months and I have to say this place is a great place to relax, hangout, or even enjoy your time in Tucson. I highly recommend this hotel. Just the fact that the employee's here care and make sure thing are easily token care of is a winner for me.

Clean property with friendly/helpful staff. Hotel location is within walking distance to|Trader Joes, Starbucks and Fry's grocery store. I stayed on third floor with great view|of Catalina mountains. There is a kitchen area for food prep and an iHOP across|the street.

Kudos to The East Grant staff. Everyone is so helpful & kind. Service with a smile every single time. The staff makes you feel so at home. Alyssa, go's out of her way to make sure your stay is pleasant. Housekeeping is courteous, and respectful. Rooms are clean and cozy. Very quiet too. Thank you East Grant crew. You're truly amazing!

I love staying at this hotel everything I need is there. I recently had an issue at my home where I needed a place that had a kitchenette and was clean, this hotel has all of that. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you and makes your stay comfortable. One of the staff Alisa is always helpful and knows what I want , so when I arrive at the hotel everything is already in the room. Great hotel and great people.
