My family and I absolutely love it here. Having a full kitchen available in every room makes you feel at home when you're not. It's always clean and well kept. Front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Diane and Mary are great and always smiling. Chrystal is awesome and super helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in any situation needing a hotel stay in Tampa,FL.

I just wanted to give proper accolades where they are due. The front desk receptionist is absolutely 👏 amazing. Mary is such an awesome person you can tell she loves her job, she goes above and beyond in everything she does, treats you with respect if you deserve it, has a beautiful smile, and makes you feel welcome. She is a keeper so Extended Stay take care of her cause I would love to have her as one of my employees. Keep smiling every time I come. through I will be staying at Northeast Extended Stay.

Waited 20 minutes for front desk personnel to arrive. Very rude when informed that we waited 20 minutes. The room had mold in bathroom and bedroom, carpet in hallway was stained throughout the hallway. Couch in room had the suede piling off. I will be reporting the mold condition to city of Tampa (see pics attached). I would not recommend this hotel to any travelers

I love the front desk employees they always so happy & cheerful ready to assist. Ms.Diane & Mary are very professional they work during the days and the night shift crew is just as professional as the rest of the employees. I never been to an hotel where the employees were always nice & cheerful when staying for a long period of time. I never had to worry about fresh linen or towels they cleaned my room when needed. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The parking lot was always messy, hallway the first night smelled of pure chicken, room was clean and tidy. 2 large ants on the walls. Other than that it was nice enough to stay for a few nights. We were barely in the place. The manager was really nice and reassured us that nothing ever happens.

I've been at this hotel for two weeks When I first got here I changed rooms five times stayed in that room for 5 days, realizing that one of the burners didn't work on the stove When I went to pay for my room again, I. Mentioned it to the lady again, and she changed it for me. So, I can honestly say that they tried to work with you and make things better. But we know the people that we employ sometimes do not do their job as if they say they were, so I wanna thank the management. The morning team cause the night man. He let anything go. They sit in a hallway smoking weed cigarettes.

Very old and run down. Area did not feel secure. Dirty hallway leads to rooms. Room smelled bad and saw roaches and lots of nats. Carpet had 2 big faded red stains I don't want to know what from. I wouldn't let my dog stay here! We went down the street about a half mile to the Hampton Inn for 40 dollars more. It was very nice! Night and day difference! Don't book here!

My husband and I literally stayed here last night. I had an emergency at home so we had to get a hotel randomly. They scheduled us for 3 PM without telling us so we thought we were scheduled for right then since it was 4:40am they charged us an extra $102 to be booked in. The first room had roaches and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We went to a second room, the second room smelled severely of mold, but there was nothing that we could do at 4:40 in the morning. Woke up this morning feeling like something heavy was sitting on my chest. I’ve been speaking as if I have a hole in my throat all day and my lungs burn. I’m about to go to the hospital just to make sure I’m OK however I can not express this enough I severely recommend that you find you someplace else to take you and your loved ones. This is a horrible location with bad staff and horrible Management, also just add on the second room was dirty as if somebody was staying there before me and I had to clean it with shampoo.
