Extended Stay America - Stockton - Tracy - Extended stay hotel in Tracy - 2526 Pavilion Pkwy, USA

When my husband and I stayed with our kitties everything was fine. Tried to rebook told me no because we left the room destroyed and filthy with cat litter everywhere. Lies, lies, lies. We left that room spotless plus we kept the cat box in the bathroom on tile floor. I cleaned up what litter was on floor. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. Plus staff was very rude.

This place is bad!!! The manager man Sean, told us we can not check out 2 days before the date they booked us. He told me he was going to charge us for those days. Wow, really!!!! I know he can't do that, so I let him act unprofessional towards me. I have recording of him saying that to me. Never again 😒 the property sas not clean, no phone inside of the room, the lights didn't work, the sink Clogs up while using it. Toilet seat too small for the toilet frame. The staff member named Dominique is very condescending and rude.She will not accommodate any extra items as needed. I feel she needs to be trained in the customer service field.

Very friendly staff. Our check in process was very quick and pleasant. Ana was very helpful and answered all our questions upon us checking in regards to any amenities and surrounding business or eating places that we could go to in walking distance.

Only thing good about this hotel is the location. Checked in and was given the wrong room number so the cards did not work. Went downstairs to let the front desk know the cards didn’t work and she gave me cards for a different room. Room is outdated. Beds not clean. There was hair on the sheets and bedding. Housekeeping left the stove on, glad I noticed it shortly after placing my purse on the counter! My purse was already warm to the touch. Management is allowing a loud party down the hall. Will not be staying here again, would rather sleep in the car.

This place is the dirtiest place i have stayed. We were there for 5 days and never cleaned our room. I was told, if I want my room to be cleaned, i have to pay extra!!!! Front desk VICKY has no customer service!! At 8:20 AM we went downstairs to get their “free breakfast” and they ran out. Vicky was rude because of her tone of voice states that they ran out and will order tonight. She didn’t even bother asking us if we need anything. Until, I took a picture of their google QR code to scan, she then asked “what are you doing and what do you need?” This place is not even worth giving a star!!! NEVER to atay here ever again!!!!!!!! They don’t clean and Poor customer service. That is the least thing they can guve and even that, they don’t have it!!!!

This place is home away from home. I stay here every time I am in between homes. The staff, Leti, Louie, and most especially Vicky, who is very sweet always makes me feel at home. They are very nice, professional, and accommodating. This place would fall apart without them. Extended stay in Tracy is the best place to stay in town, you won’t regret it!

This hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, pet friendly, and in a great location. Rooms have kitchenettes. Laundry facilities are modern and clean, 6 of each - washing machines and dryers: The front desk employees (both daytime and nighttime), are amazing! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, check-in was fast and simple. Outstanding guest service, will definitely come here again.
