I want to compliment an excellent employee at In town suites! The exceptional third floor house keeper there , Jessica! She always keeps my room clean and tidy during my extended stay. Jessica is thorough, efficient, and professional. And makes my stay there much more comfortable. It's appreciated! Thanks Jessica ! All in All, the whole staff is pretty awesome 😉

Room felt dirty from the start. The carpet needs to get ripped out. Overall the whole room needs to get an update. Luckily was only using this to stay the night in. And for where I needed to go the location was good. But would still would like to have the stuff that most hotels offer now.

Traveling for work and stayed for 2 nights, Carpet in the room was tattered and a bit damp on my arrival, so I figured a recent carpet cleaning had been done. By check out next day I inspected a white area on the floor and clearly there was mold growing out of the carpet (see photos). Location was great for me, but this place was a pit and reviews here look manufactured by AI. Also, "free breakfast" on the website turned out to be a "grab and go" breakfast (see photo).

Staff was great!!! great location. Rooms were clean and fresh. I always worry about staying at hotels but this one I felt safe at, coming and going, never had any issues. Over all the stay was great, and welcoming. Staff was awesome as well, always working and always helping people

Stayed here for several months. Never had a problem with the room. Clean place, big room. Staff is amazing. Especially management. Dave and Kristen are super accommodating. Everybody is really friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone every time.

The location right off of the highway makes this a convenient stop if you’re just passing through. The room was absolutely disgusting though, and I would recommend staying literally anywhere else if you can. I chose this place because it was cheap and convenient for one night hut had I know it was this gross I would have paid more to stay somewhere else.

I stayed here for an extended work project. This hotel is mostly quiet. All the people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. But my only complaint is that housekeeping only comes every few weeks. I understand not every day but at least once a week would be nice. I would stay here again.

DONT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET. This place and the General Manager, Dave, are a joke. We had a reservation at this “pet friendly” hotel, and at 10:30PM, after driving for 15 hours, we were turned away because “they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms available.” There was nothing stated in their online policy when booking about limited number of rooms, and nothing stated in their policy hanging on the wall in the lobby. The General Manager, Dave, refused to talk to us because “he wasn’t on the clock.” Save yourself the hassle and stay at the Hampton Inn just up the road!!
