I have no problems with this hotel in general, but I do have a problem for how I was treated coming into the hotels by making a pit stop only to use the bathroom on the main public lobby. I asked the manager at the time during the day; at the front desk for permission. He was a black older man (in his 40's maybe) but he had such a terrible attitude towards me. He told me that I can only use the bathroom if I had booked a room there at the hotel. I argued with him to tell him that he was wrong and that this is the common area for people stopping into the building in general and that I didn't have to have a room there booked just to be able to use the bathroom on the main floor. It was totally ridiculous!! Then he threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave the building immediately. Mind you this was on Christmas Eve of 2023. I told him that I would have him reported for treating me this way. But one thing for sure is that I would never recommend staying here because of the type of unprofessional hospitality that goes on here

I would say the only good thing about this place is that it’s close to USF and the surrounding area. That’s where it stops. The room is decent sized, but no matter what the temperature is set to, the room feels clammy. The floors feel damp. Your towel from your shower will never dry. Everything just feels moist. Like others have stated, there is nothing in the rooms. No plates, silverware, cups. Wanna dry your hair when you get out of the shower? Hope you packer a hair dryer. Clothes wrinkled from the trip? Sucks for you because there’s not iron. Oh. And the roaches. Seriously. This place is disgusting and no one should ever stay here. I got this place for a business trip and I’ll be attempting to get my company their money back. Stay somewhere else.

Avoid this hotel, first room had black mold in the bathroom, new room had roaches. dark hallways, scary refrigerators, guest shattering car windows. I stayed here in 2019. It was a whole different hotel. The extended stay next door that use to be a wood springs is a lot nicer. But if you can avoid both I would. You get what you pay for unfortunately.

Positive: Nothing! The check-in staff was rude and lazy, not to mentioned lied to us about using the phone if we needed anything. We called and was connected to a national answering service. We needed blankets & not enough towels in the room told to wait morning. Negative: The room was dirty, rude staff & not helpful at all. Broken mirror in bathroom with a chuck missing. Worst hotel experience. Do not stay here unless you like a filthy unsafe room and you enjoy not taking a shower because no towels to fry off. Rude Staff.

I have to say that this was the worst experience I have dealt with in my adult life. My initial experience was at the front desk. I was told there would be no maid service for the 4 days I booked. After being told the rules, I was told that I would have 2 bath towels and 3 wash cloths for my stay. I asked about extra towels and was told they would be an extra 1.75 per towel. There's more. The usual toiletries you might expect was 1 tiny round of soap. I always bring my own. The room itself was clean but overdue for a renovation. The kitchenette, other than the refrigerator, was not useable and a safety problem. Regardless, there wasn't any dishware, flatware, or minimal kitchen utensils. Im checking out tomorrow to what may be an empty front desk as I haven't seen anyone for 4 days.

Jenny at the front desk was so sweet; helpful and willing to accommodate my needs for the days I booked there. The rooms were clean and the AC works wonderful with the weather being so hot I didn’t wanna leave my room! Lol —The setup is nice and there’s a lot of room to store clothes, shoes travel necessities, etc. thank you again Jenny!!!

My experience here has been awesome. The vibe is great and peaceful. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. They are always willing to go the next step to help you or solve whatever issues or questions you may have, especially Miss Jenny. She is kind, sweet and extra helpful. The smile on her face when you see her lights up the front desk/lobby which made me very comfortable from day 1. Also, Dorothy and Kayla are awesome as well. I have stayed in a few Extended stays and this one is by far one of the best 👌 I would recommend to anyone. I believe this is the one I will stay for a while.

I have been staying here for the past 2.5 months and absolutely love it. The front desk staff is just amazing down to earth and extremely welcoming and helpful!!! Miss Jenny the assistant manager goes above and beyond and will try to help with whatever situation you have. Whether it's linens, answers to questions or just simply advice. Adrian and Cassandra are also wonderful and welcoming and will help with any situation. I feel very comfortable and at home here and don't plan to leave yet.

I lived in Germany, and there was a kebab shop on almost every block. Sometimes, there were even three kebab shops on one street. Since I came back from Germany in 2006, I have not been able to find an authentic kebab until now. I'm so happy that Bab

Amazing service and delicious food. Yummy from appetizer to dessert, and please save room for dessert. The coconut flan and the pastry were so SO good. Our sweet waitress was so good (and her mom made the flan). I may need to move to Tampa.

The food is so delicious and the owner is super nice. Sadly I am not sure if they are still open I called a few times because we live far away so I usually call before I go up to make sure they are opened and we have gotten no answer. I am really sad
