Hello, 😊 Me and my Family have been staying at Extended Stay for over 2 months and we have received Great hospitality. We don’t ask for much but when we do, Keisha and Jennifer makes sure that we have exactly what we need. Everyone else is friendly and welcoming as well. The house keepers are nice, they get their job done efficiently. The Room is spacious enough for my Family and I equipped with a nice size kitchen area for us as well. We have enjoyed our stay thus far and will definitely recommend ❤️

Stayed here for 6 weeks during my travel nurse assignment. Keisha, Randy, and Jennifer were all great! They were very responsive to our needs and always friendly. Room was wonderful!! Great place!!

So I wrote a good review in part of being bothered constantly by staff because they wanted my family to give them a 5 star so bad. I didn’t want RETALIATION from the manager so I gave 5 stars. But now that we left let me drag KEASHA for filth. Get ready because it’s a long read.||||My husband had most contact with the manager because to be honest from jump I could tell she wasn’t the same kind to me as she was my husband. The first time I had to deal with her alone she tried to upcharge me for my room (a room that we got moved from due to my stove burning all my food to my refrigerator leaking so she moved us to an “upgraded” room told us it was no extra charge but decided one day randomly after we been here 2 months that she wanted to start charging us for a room SHE placed us in not the same room I moved into originally) so when she tried to charge me and I had to question her turning to my girlfriend to express my frustration and with that frustration I cussed like any inconvenienced already paid for person would she stated she didn’t want no cussing her lobby and she immediately got hype. No cussing in your lobby?!? Okay we all grown and at no time was it directed at her I wasn’t even facing her at the time and even after calming explaining that to her she continued to be loud. At this point I just wanted to be done trying to check in so I can head out. Next morning I had my husband go down to try to talk to her to see about the fee and she immediately went into defense mode saying my husband was trying to retaliate against her. Like what !? With both situations my girlfriend accompanied both of us not saying a word and she still pointed her out to have an issue with her as well. Telling my husband we had 20 minutes to get our things which wasn’t going to happen because my room was paid for so I wasn’t going anywhere. So I sent my husband to pay the ridiculous upgrade fee so she can shut up and let us stay the night so I actually had time to realistically find another place for my family to go. Smh . She made us uncomfortable from jump always targeting us always coming to our room for something random suspecting we smoking when she would see us go outside all the time BUT YET the whole first floor smells like a full pack of cigarettes. My family was expected to stay here until our apartment was ready for move in but now I have no choice but to have everyone take off work so I can go somewhere else because she had personal issues with us and we have her no reason to hell I barely even said two words to her up till the day we had the confrontation (not because I didn’t want to but because the look on her face makes you not even wanna speak to her she’s not welcoming at all at least not to my family) Telling us about cussing but her staff literally cusses with other guests allll the time that we’ve been a witness too. ||||She truly is a disgusted human being who needs someone to drag her across that front counter for how she treats paying customers who have never and mean never caused any issues to her or the room we stayed in. The rest of us gone move on to better things in life while you sit here and rot at that place constantly loosing every worker you have because of your attitude. In all realness you better be glad you didn’t see my unprofessional side because the way you move it’s truly disgusting. If you haven’t got the idea yet DONT STAY HERE ! ||||Also they charge for plates utensils towels and took the barely breakfast away. They are literally charging people for things that they only need to borrow during their stay. $40 for not even a full pots pans or plate set ?! 1.50 for each set of barely clean towels?! I’ve never ever paid for that at any other location during travel. KEASHA really needs to loose her job because she has personal policies she likes to implement and expect people to live by them. But it’s okay I’ll let my lawyer handle the company and her because you never know who you talking to or who they know. ||||P.S she also continued to misgender my husband despite hearing me call his correct pronouns several times so that will also be apart of the lawsuit. Maybe stop discriminating against people just because you want to be a hateful human being.

My room is very clean and spacious. This is an excellent place to stay and all the staff and GM do a great job with all of the services! Randy the evening person at the front desk is exceptionally nice with helping with any questions I may have.

Rooms are kept very clean and all the staff are wonderful! I appreciate Randy’s help at the front desk. I will definitely be back!

I wish they would check up on there guest more. There is new policies in place cause some people stay there long term. I ask the manager to keep the hallway quiet and the next morning she is the loudest one with a group of people near the elevator and waking up my newborn son. Also feels like you got to beg for new towels and bedding but you don’t get them unless you trade out the old ones.

I would never recommend this hotel, even to my enemy. Randy was nice in the lobby, but as soon as you walk behind the prison door, the hallway smelled like dogs and weed. Kids were screaming through the walls. Walked into the room and was blasted by an old unclean smell. all the furniture was old and musty. My wife stepped on 2 cockroaches. We then proceeded to check the sheets. After putting a light on the sheet, there were blood and urine stains and what appeared to be pubic hair on the bed. My wife and I were mortified. We have NEVER EVER EVER stayed in a place as filthy as this. We basically ran out the front. Handed the keys back to Randy, told him the place was disgusting and we walked out. So nasty, I didn't even ask for a refund. We should have probably gotten an antibiotic shot after stepping foot in that place. I have NO IDEA, how you are able to keep a place like this going. You should be ashamed of your company for charging $$ to stay in a septic tank, pig pen. To top that off, how the hell are you able to get a 4-star rating on Google? Hahahahahaha! . My name is Heather and I’m staying at the Earth City Mo location of ESA hotels. I have been here a month so far as I needed an interim home between my old apartment and new home that is not ready. Since I’m staying a lengthy amount of time I’ll do separate reviews for the staff so they can be recognized individually. The facilities themself are well kept. Rooms and hallways are clean. Housekeeping and maintenance staff is always present on the floors and keeping things in working order and ensuring there’s no messes. First staff member I want to recognize is Jennifer at the front desk. She always has a smile when you come into the lobby or run into her in the hall. She takes the time to say something nice about you whether you have on a new coat or changed your hairstyle. Anytime I’ve chatted with Jennifer while checking in, she always listens and never seemed bothered by my ramblings. Jennifer engages in conversation while at the same time completing the check in tasks. Jennifer never makes me feel like I’m annoying by talking. When a person is away from home for an extended period, it can be lonely and feel like they are just a card number checking into a room. Jennifer’s warm and kind personality makes me feel welcome and more than a card renting a room. She genuinely cares about the guests under care here at EAS. Next up is the Manager Keisha. It’s not often you see a Boss that is really present and engaged with staff and ensuring daily tasks are being completed and jumps right in alongside her staff. Keisha genuinely cares that her staff feels part of a team and I hear Keisha making sure they have every tool they need. In other hotels you have to seek out the boss who stays in their office if you need one. Keisha has checked me in herself and she’s always smiling and gives you the feeling she’s glad you’re there. Very professional and very personable and sweet to everyone who walks through hall. Keisha always wishes me to have a good day. Keisha is a big part of why if I’m ever on an extended stay in St. Louis, I will absolutely come back to Earth City. I can’t forget to give the evening guest service agent Randy, some appreciation. Anytime Ive left my key in my room or somehow made it not work, Randy never seemed bothered with having to constantly fix my keys. Randy is really attentive and aware of everyone and sometimes anticipates what you need. He’s Really friendly and makes folks chuckle with a shirt quip. Randy always give ya a smile and a have a great night after checking that you don’t need anything. One more shout out (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) The anazing lady who works overnight as the contact for after hours guest services. Super Sweet person! She has this sense of calm that fills a room. Twice now in the middle of the night Ive gone outside and upon returning to my door I discovered I grabbed my debit card instead of room my key (they are the same color plastic) And this sweet lady has never complained about having to do a special trip to get me back in my room. She gives you that feeling of ease when you feel safe and secure. Very kind and efficient person. I wish I could have reviewed everyone in individual reviews but I only have so many emails. And since I’ve stayed more than once, I wanted to recognize these exceptional folks who take so much pride in running the best place for folks to have a restful and awesome stay. I appreciate all of them so much.
