I recently moved to Louisiana and needed temporary accommodation. If you're looking for a comfortable place to rest your head, this spot will do just fine! Personally, I prefer the Bossier location over Shreveport 🙊. The staff is incredible, especially Billy, who has been a fantastic help as I adjust to the country life here in Bossier. It's true what they say—“you can take a girl out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the girl.” Either way I'm here to make the most of my new life!

I could not get peace and quiet to sleep at night due to someone in the next room slamming things after 10:00pm and as early as 4:00am. As well as people messed with and trying to get into my room, shouting loudly in the hallways and outside all after 10pm. I complained but the management did nothing. I was there for 5 weeks and had too much stuff in the room to move. Why would management allow this to continue?|If I wanted to shower after morning peak hours, it took up to 15 minutes to get hot water to my room. The dressers drawers stuck really bad, the shower water on/off handle was leaking onto the floor, the bathroom sink drained really slow, there was crap on the walls because they hadn’t been cleaned.|Never, ever again!!

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. It is literally crumbling and has particle board laid over the sidewalk to walk on. The carpet is so gross that your feet stick to it when you try to walk. We were traveling cross country for a move and got too sleepy to drive and this place was the only thing available at 3 am. We had pets with us and made sure that they knew that. When we left they kept our 150 deposit and charged us an extra 150 on top of our 150 room fee, because they said that we left HUMAN feces on a corner of the room and the housekeeper ran over it and it tore up their vacuum. I can assure you that none of us decided to use the bathroom in he corner of the bedroom. The day shift manager claimed that we did not tell them tha we had pets, but we very specifically told the night shift tha we had pets. This place is in such disrepair that I feel like they just scammed us to get money. There are people living there, and it honestly looks like a meth house.

There’s a reason the rooms are so cheap. They had to show me 3 rooms to find one that was suitable. One had mold on the bathroom ceiling,, the other was dirty with free condoms on the top of the cabinet, and I’m pretty sure the beds and mattresses are either from BigLots, or prison.

Horrible male staff at desk who LIVED THERE hit on me over aggressive every day to point would come to my room!! Then to top it off narcotics sit across road and pull people over and search their cars smh!! Not nice at all!! Maintenence man and house cleaner r amazing other then that nope couldn't pay me to stay there

I've been here for quite a few months now due to personal circumstances, but my whole while here I have been very pleased with my stay. Its quiet and peaceful, Rooms are clean, the employees are nice and courteous and it's located in a safe place. I definitely would recommend wether looking for weekend, part-time, or permanent stays!!

I stayed here for three days and ALL three days were very very peaceful. Peace is very important to me being a mother of five. Staff keep my room with everything thing needed... With it being close to freeway and tracks it was still peaceful. I'll definitely be running away here again when needing that much needed peace and happiness away from the real world

The staff was very friendly the property was very clean we came in visiting family we will be back!!! Highly recommended if your traveling or just need a getaway. Texas roadhouse across the street was good! the bread was OMG!! that place was packed the wait was worth it
