Great place to stay! I have a family of 6. We have been staying here now for 2 months. Location is great right off the freeway everything is nearby, rooms are clean and spacious, quiet place, staff is very nice and friendly. Great customer service Haven’t had a single issue Raquel is management I believe, she’s great! And Sabrina very polite and helpful when I have an issue as well! Recommended

The employees were super nice! But the place itself is so run down. Definitely will NOT stay here again!! And there was roaches. No smoking signs posted up it smelled like smoke and weed. It needs to be a law that a rep comes in at least every other year to inspect the places. The pictures online do not match the place in person.

Positive: Nothing, staff was rude, room wasn¿t clean, whole place smells of weed. Negative: Whole place smells of weed. The lock on the front door wasnt working so anyone could walk in or out, there were several homeless people around. The room was not swept, the blinds were broken and I was on the first floor so people walking by could see in Negative: ""

This place is HORRIBLE! If you’re looking into booking a room here do not! The staff is extremely rude, the smell of the smoke immediately hit you in the face upon arrival, and last but not least my room was a previous crime scene! I wasn’t aware but seeing blood splatter in the room from a rush clean up, it was very obvious! I literally left my room a day early and stayed in the airport for 24hours until I went home! All while having a new born. Another thing, check in was at 3pm and the manager on duty didn’t let us in the room until 5pm, I guess trying to clean up while roaches crawled the wall! I’ve expressed this with staff and currently I am told I won’t be refunded! So no, please don’t stay at this place. *(-1 review)*

The staff here is always very polite and friendly! Rooms are more spacious than the pictures seem and very cleaned. I’ll recommend this hotel to any and everyone thanks for the great customer service!!

I love this place the staff is excellent but I think ur messing by getting of top nite clerk. Laurie she is big reason why this place is safe and clean. She keeps everyone in line and enforces ur rules. Please keep her she is awesome

Positive: Secured property. Loved that the rooms were indoors where you need a key to gain entrance to the rooms doors. Located next to food and shopping. Down the freeway from children¿s hospital. Negative: Stayed twice. The first stay was great which is why we returned (clean, helpful staff) . The second staff was rude and room was disgusting. I ended up going to buy cleaning supplies and cleaning and mopping myself. Negative: ""

Positive: Residents who lived there were nice. Negative: The hotel smelled like marajuana and cigarettes, the room floors were dirty, shower was broken. Check in said 9 am but did not let me check in until 3pm. I also asked to see the room first and they didn't allow me. Negative: ""
