Was horrible, if I could give ¼ of star I would. Had to pay for clean towels and sheets. Had to wash my own towels and sheets so I wouldn't be charged for them. Employees under the influence, had to pay for internet. There is one helpful young lady that works there, didn't get her name but she was so nice. I will not be going back, such a bad experience

Super janky- EVERYTHING was stained- night stand, bed, both desks and chairs, carpet, bathroom, the ceilings (whose hair is on the ceiling?!), curtains, kitchen. The dresser was broken, could have hurt myself. The entire place was outdated. No hair dryer and a singular bar of soap-no hand soap, lotion, shampoo ect. Not to be rude but I wouldn’t even recommend this to the homeless man standing outside of the hotel juggling a CHOPPING KNIFE. Staff were super nice though. Room 209

Absolutely disgusting! Full of druggies, trash all over the floors! It looked like someone vomited in the bed and they just thew another sheet over it trying to hide it rather changing everything out correctly and when I took this issue up with the front desk they told me I would have to change the sheets out myself!! If I remember correctly I paid for the stay and expected some cleaning standards and it is not my job to be changing the sheets when housekeeping should have already done it before my stay! Worst customer service I've had and an absolute disgusting hotel!! Will upload pictures if it will allow! Also will be sending the pictures and issues to corporate office!

This is the worst hotel stay of my life!!!!!!!!!! I booked because of the advertised “free breakfast”. As soon as I checked in the woman at the front desk told me there’s no free breakfast??? That is false advertising!!!!! They also advertise for refreshments in the lobby. Lie!!!!! Don’t even have water available!!! When I got to my “nonsmoking” room is smelled horribly of cigarettes! I had two small children with me! They moved our room which still smelled but it wasn’t as bad and we were tired of changing rooms. My mother’s sheets smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. So that means they weren’t even washed!!!!!!! When she called to ask if someone could change her dirty sheets the front desk said she can only get a change of sheets after 7 days????? Excuse me!! They said my mom can take the bedding off and bring it to the front desk for new bedding. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where first they leave dirty sheets, second only change them every 7 days, and third make you change them yourself!! We asked the housekeeping woman in the hallway if she could vacuum our room because the floor was dirty with trash upon check in. She said we have to get a vacuum ourself from the front desk and vacuum ourself!!!! This is ridiculous!!! I hate this hotel!!! There were fingerprints and old liquid all over the tv stand. Old dingy towels. Stained sheets. I have never cried in a hotel because I hated it so much. 0/10

Lady at the desk was not very welcoming, nor was she rude. The hotel itself smelled musty when walking in. The room was worse, smelled like stale cigarettes, despite the $300 no smoking policy. When we addressed it with the lady at the front desk, she offered to spray the room with febreze (it didn't make a difference). The sheets and curtains were very worn, with multiple tears. The only positive part of our stay was the full-size fridge and mini kitchenette. Definitely not worth the price.

The place is old and beat up. The TV didn't work. They don't even have a secure WIFI connection and if you want to do anything more than write a bad review (like stream, for instance), you have to pay more for it. The refrigerator is full sized but it doesn't open toward the kitchen, it opens toward the wall. Tacky. And no coffee in the room (a kitchen with no coffee maker?!). You have to go all the way to the lobby no earlier than 6AM to get a cup. The "complimentary breakfast" is nothing more than packaged muffins and breakfast bars and instant oatmeal packets. You can hear every little thing that goes on outside your room; the walls are very thin. The air conditioning unit is super loud. The water from the bathroom faucet comes out like a fire hose, the water from the showerhead comes out like a light rain. I didn't wash my hair because I might still be trying to rinse it out. And speaking of washing hair, all you get is a little tube of "conditioning shampoo." I hate places that don't give shampoo AND conditioner. The carpet only needed to be vacuumed a little more than it was. There is probably more but I have to leave this place before I get too depressed. Bottom line: don't stay here unless all you need is a bed to sleep in.

Everyone was great and Alexis the lady at the front desk always greeted us with a smile answered all our questions was very nice made sure with us if we needed anything. Our room was great quiet. We would recommend this hotel and have to friends if ever in Phoenix AZ

The worst hotel I stayed in my lifetime. I stayed for 3 weeks, the staffs never showed up for housekeeping. The floors were sticky and no proper lighting. They gave me kitchen utensils picked up from garbage. COCKROACHS all over!! The website proudly said that breakfast is included, but they never provided what they committed. No oats provided for some days and the muffins tasted so bad and was nauseating. Staffs were so lazy and were behaving like psychos. It was my fate to stay this damp hotel because all hotels were fully booked in that neighborhood. NEVER TRY TRY THIS HOTEL!!!(Luckily, I didn't bring my family to this place!)
