Absolutely one of the best places to stay! My husband has been here for over a year working and finally my daughter and I was able to visit for the last two months. I don't understand these other reviews that are just down right awful cause our stay has been great! The staff is my favorite and also some of the long term residents really make you feel at home!

The staff is really awesome!! Everyone has been super friendly and helpful!! The manager took time out to help me setup my computer and get me hooked to to their wifi. We have our dogs with us and they have been treated so kindly from the staff!! I cannot say enough good things about everyone that works here!! They work hard and stay busy but never miss a chance to help you or just say hello. Their kindness and hard work is truly appreciated!!

The place smells and is dirty. The only place that ever gets cleaned is the hallways. I travel the world for a living and I have never had to clean my hotel room before. We had to take out our trash. We stayed for shy 3 weeks until we couldn't stand it and moved to a different hotel. That place has permanent residences it is closer to a flop house than a hotel. We were trying to save a few bucks because of our moving expenses in the end it just wasn't worth it. We opted to spend a bit more on our last 30 days in a different hotel. The staff is nice and courteous. But that is the only thing good I can say about that place. It is the first zero amenities hotel I have ever stayed in. Not once did our room get cleaned nor did we get clean linens or towels. We swept our floors every few days just to try and keep the grit off of our feet. Never again

Will not stay here again if comfort is my expectation. The floor in the room appeared to be moldy. I understand that their intentions are to house long term, atleast that is what they said when I sent in my review. Non-appologetic regarding the substandard conditions and seemed to feel like I was expecting too much. We will not return, but based on the number of other visitors, we will not be missed.

Stayed 2 nights over the weekend here. Had a few issues. 2 of the 4 entrance/exit doors, you couldn’t access from outside because the locks didn’t work. And also, I had bugs galore in my room! Mostly palmetto bugs, beetles, and centipedes….. I don’t think it was a cleanliness issue, but maybe more so because my room was on the end, where people that were parkin’ lot pimpin’ were propping it open due to the broken locks…. However, customer service was incredible. I voiced my concern upon checkout, and within 20 minutes, they called me to get more to details to resolve the facility issues, and without asking they advised that they of course refunded my deposit, but also refunded one of my nights stays for the inconvenience because that is not how they operate. Shout out to Keyon (sp?) for his concern and handling of the matter, and the lady at check in was also very kind and helpful.

Came down with the husband for work for a few months. Was really leery based on the reviews. Have been in 2 rooms and here for almost 4 months. Have yet to have a problem. The staff has made me feel right at home. They are always cleaning something, full size fridge and 2 burner stove was the biggest perk. Able to cook and save money. But when we want there are tons of food options around. Right across the street from Walmart which is also very nice. Very happy with our stay!!

I have stayed here for a while now and everything was great until they hired the new front desk lady Mika. She is one of the rudest people I’ve met working customer service. She has refused me toilet paper with me being pregnant. She has blocked the elevator on my floor with an attitude and made me squeeze by with barely any room. And not only rude to me but I have witnessed her being rude to a lot of other guests. Very disappointed that she is still here

I travel a lot, so naturally I stay in a lot of motels and hotels and I personally did not care for this one. The first thing I noticed was the cockroach's. Second was the metal tube bed frame, giving it that TV halfway house feeling. And the unsavory characters doing shady things in the parking lot did help either ! Stay 1 night, and actually feel asleep in my truck in the parking lot. I don't like to say bad things about places but because of the old saying, if you can't say nice thing's about things don't say any at all ! ( I know the saying don't go exactly like that, but that's kind of what I was thinking about what to say about this place ) Maybe I got them on a bad day. Let's hope. But would I stay there or let any friend? Or family stay there no. Hope this helps you . And enjoy your stay in Florida, Just don't stay here.
