The room is very clean. I love the staff. I have never met a manager so nice at any place I have stayed. Joamy makes everyone feel at home. I also met a couple of the staff maria and Melissa they are always working to make sure all guest are comfortable and the hotel maintains clean. They really go out of there way to make the guest happy. I would recommend extended stay America to all my family and friends

My stay at the Extended Stay America on Equity Row in Orlando, FL, was decent overall, but there are several areas where improvements are needed. First, the rooms could use some serious minor repairs. These small fixes would go a long way in improving the overall comfort and appearance of the accommodations. The grounds also require better landscaping, as the current state detracts from the property's appeal. The door locks seem outdated and should be updated to enhance security and convenience for guests. Additionally, the washers and dryers on-site are in dire need of replacement, as they don't function as efficiently as they should. The pool is another area that requires attention—it needs to be fixed to provide a proper recreational space for guests. Lastly, the maintenance situation is concerning. The current maintenance man is not as effective as one would hope. It might be beneficial to have someone younger and more knowledgeable in that role to ensure that all necessary repairs and upkeep are handled promptly and correctly. While my stay here had its challenges, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Maria and the manager, Joamie. Maria and Joamie are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, personable, and genuinely care about the guests' experience. Their intelligence and professionalism shine through in everything they do. Despite the property's need for some improvements, Maria and Joamie go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Their dedication to their work truly elevates the experience, and I greatly appreciate their efforts. Overall, this property has potential, but significant improvements are needed to make it a more pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

So this is a hotel located in a very convenient area close to various parks as well as the convention center. There is a shopping center across the street and lots of restaurants around. The staff that I dealt with was very nice n helpful. They deserve 5 stars. The hotel management that is suppose to maintain the hotel does not. My room n probably lots of others rooms need some serious upgrades. See the pics. I also mentioned that the wifi was very unstable and they state it that everyone is having the same issue. With no fix in sight. BTW - they provide no coffee in the morning. Thanks

I really liked the service, I thought everyone here was splendid. The rooms could definitely use some tender love and care. Roaches were a bit of a problem, too. I didn't care for having to deal with them but luckily their were only a couple roaches per day.

Does not have breakfast. Does not have pool. Both those options show up in Google search. I booked online, when I showed up, the front counter girl couldn't find it, and there was no manager until tomorrow, I double booked to get a room for the night. New price was $20 cheaper, so silver linings, I guess... Next day, I go to get it sorted out. They can only refund the cheaper price. So just F me I guess. Room was very, very worn down.

Roaches. So many roaches. Genuinely never seen that many in my life. Entire place reeks of cigarettes. And other guests are very loud, seemingly having some kind of constant party. Was supposed to stay 7 nights, checked out after 1. Staff was nice though. No issues with them at all.

I met Melissa when I checked in to the Extended Stay on Equity Row in Orlando, Florida. She was working at the front desk and I immediately noticed her beaming smile and her warm, caring personality. Not only was she extremely professional, but she had a way of making me feel instantly comfortable. Every time I walked by the front desk, Melissa went out of her way to say hello and chat about the day, the weather or anything else that was going on! ||I am honored to have the pleasure of being Melissa’s ‘guest’ during my stay; and I can proudly give her 10 stars!

This place is abysmal!!! It’s dark and smelly in the hallways. The smell of dog and cat urine is awful. Stains on carpet in front of doors throughout hallways. When was the last time someone from corporate walked through this property. Seems more like emergency housing than a hotel. If you are a tourist, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Roaches and weed smoke are abundant.
