So far is good, Mrs.Coral she was very helpful and polite, is one staff need to be more polite with customers she was working last night September 5, 2024. I ask for toilett paper and she told me she don't have none it was 9.35 pm came from work and having a attitude. I paid a lot of money of my stay. I Am a customer like to be treated with respect.

The staff was great. Amenities were excellent. My Family was comfortable during our stay. Would definitely recommend to someone. Close to dining and shopping. Really was just right for what we needed. We’ll definitely stay at the 1040 location again.

We needed a temporary extended place to stay and am happy we choose to stay here. Prices are very affordable, they’re pet friendly and the staff was always so helpful and cheerful. Cora was our favorite!! She was also happy and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Just got my new reservation for my stay here. I am back again. I even got the same room as before. The room has a kitchenette so I can cook and relax for the evening. The room is very clean and pleasant. The manager, Jen, helped with the reservation and she did it very quickly. Mona was at the from desk with her and she was very friendly and upbeat. We have stayed here before and have met a lot of the staff and they, Cora, Omar, Marge, Ivan, Precy, Kian, Ding, May, Richie (Maintenance), have all been so attentive and helpful. If we have any problems, whoever is on duty proptly helps us take care of them.

I've stayed in many hotels in the Sanford area since moving from California in March. This hotel was the best one ever. No bugs, clean room and the kitchen wasn't deteriorated. Front desk was kind and explained everything I needed to know. There wasn't people hanging out in the parking lot all night. No loud music being played throughout the hotel.

Horrible. Very dirty, the smell was absolutely atrocious. Hallways dirty, stair cases were the dirtiest I have ever seen or smelled in my life, the shower was dirty, everything was dusty and bathroom smelled like mold. The cherry on the cake was the bed bugs. This is the first bad review I have ever left anywhere, but I want to forewarn people about the hazardous conditions of this hotel. I had initially booked a 2 night stay, as I was working in the area, I left after the first night. And if I had some where else to go, or if the near by hotels were not booked, I would have not even stayed there one night. Great location, horrible hotel.

Cora and the team are efficient and very friendly. They are hands-on and very responsive to guest requests! Great location for me and great amenities in the room! Keep it up!
