I am impressed. Hats off to front desk personnel Keisha for her professional poise, thorough communication and overall good energy. Checking in late after hours can be a less than favorable experience, however Keisha superseded my expectations. Very smooth and efficient process. The rooms are by far the best I’ve experienced with ESA, easily. They’re updated! It’s also very conveniently located. I would be more than happy to return. To the GM Peggy, well done and God bless great leadership.

Would a room be nice? Absolutely. But this place is a joke and a half. My mom said to say something nice or don’t say anything at all, except this time. We had two delays with our flight coming in from Kentucky, finally make it to the hotel around 1:30 am get told our “booking” had been cancelled and there is nothing they can do about it, we needed to call. Remind you: I’ve worked in customer service for nearly 15 years and I have never had someone talk to me through a wall. You have to call the front desk after hours to check you in and they talk to you through a closed pull down window over a lobby phone. Ethan seemed sweet but he quickly changed his mind about helping us, basically pushed us right out the door. I do not recommended this place for anyone, but if you’re in a bind and don’t want to get screwed like we did I’d suggest finding another solution. I’m actually embarrassed for even trying to stay there with the lack of communication this place has.

There was a few concerning issues when I was here 23 months ago, the management, and staff assured me that these problems would be rectified into. Please come back and try it again. Well, they put their money where their mouth is. Very nice Jim job team. The staff here seems like they’re happier and more robust and they have really really really saved this place all of them. Thank you guys very much. Sorry about the bad review earlier, I have removed it and placed it with two good ones. I’ve had a wonderful experience here at this Extended Stay America. Absolutely everyone including the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the overnight staff have been going above and beyond to accommodate, with their beautiful smiles too! I really appreciate everyone here making this hotel so special and welcoming. I will be coming back and recommending this hotel to everyone! ❤️

To be honest, it's barely worth it to stay one night here, let alone an "extended stay". I would advise anyone looking for a long-term stay place to look elsewhere. It won't meet your expectations of long-term residence. I was on the second floor. The elevator had a stench of wet dog. The second floor hallway smelled like a weed farm. The room was very bare and small. Full sized fridge and 2 plate countertop range, but no dishes or utensils for cooking. Apparently that costs extra. Bed is just a firm mattress with sheets on it, all being propped up on stilts to the lame fake hardwood floor. The mattress isn't comfortable at all unless you're about to die. I don't even remember if there was a microwave, it was that much of a forgettable experience. This is not a place to stay long-term, let alone a night. Can't make any digs at the staff because in my short experience they are doing the best they can. Stay elsewhere for a single night or for long-term stay. I implore you to reconsider.

The hallway on the second floor smells horrible. They have signs about not smoking to maintain the clean and fresh smelling hotel, but it does not smell fresh. It is gag inducing. I didn't smell it in the room, so I was able to deal, but gosh it smells so bad. It's horrible. The carpet is really gross in the hallway, with dirt marks from the doors where people walked. Only some rooms have this, so there must have been some gross guests. The walls in the room were very gross. The front desk was not open at 6am when I needed to check out. The laundry room is nice and useful. The bed was clean. The fridge worked and was clean. The door key cards worked. I didn't book here, Expedia put me here when I had been canceled on by the hotel I had booked.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was impressed by the unparalleled level of service and the outstanding quality of the accommodations.
