Stayed here while I was recovering from a surgery. The staff was very friendly, but the conditions of the hotel were not. There was always Glass Lying around the exterior of the hotel, Trash, overflowing, and blowing all over the exterior of the hotel, And two of the four did not work. After staying for around 3+ months I had to leave rather quickly due to unsafe room conditions so They charged me almost $160 for one night the second night I Wasn’t able to stay unsafe room conditions, and all I got was excuses and never got a check out Bill that had any detail even after I asked. So beware. I contacted corporate office they never called me back sent them pictures and video's and never got a response very very poor communication and follow through
While the amenities are basic, the room was exactly what I needed for a restful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and although the area isn't the most convenient, it offers a safe and secure environment. I did also want to highlight that the staff is welcoming and offers an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ travelers. Overall, for a budget-minded traveler I greatly enjoyed my stay. Thank you to Taylor, Jessica and Kaylynn.
The WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN! While walking to our room, there was an odor that smelled like urine.
Couldn’t even stay here after seeing a room with stained sheets with holes. The bed looked like a cot. The room is nothing like it is pictured on the website. No one is at front desk late at night. After seeing our room, we told front desk we could not stay here. It was before the time you had up to cancel, but they tried charging us for a night’s stay. Fortunately, Discover card intervened and we got our money back. I will never forget that room. PTSD. LOL! I have to laugh at the response from management about giving them another chance. Uhhh, I don’t think so! I AM STILL TRAMATIZED AT WHAT I SAW!!!!
I’m pretty happy with it so far a few days in. Steven was very helpful at the front desk and made me feel very comfortable with a difficult move for a family of four. The room was nice and very hot water for a shower. My dogs are adjusting well and it was a huge stress relief for us to find this place. We are happy so far and the only thing I didn’t like was the etching of graffiti on the elevator door but there’s not much you can do with dumb people. The floors are covered in salt right now and mid from the nasty weather but they are keeping it clean. It’s warm and the air conditioning unit is not loud. The highway noise is cut down a lot by the windows. I slept very well so far. My family is happy so far. Great job.
Losing my home and needing somewhere fast this has become my temporary home. My two fur babies as well. All the staff if friendly and helpful always. The Front Desk staff is so friendly. ESPECIALLY Kaylynn and Taylor.....I recommend staying. Beds are super comfy.
Out hat water wasn’t working when we showed up, but it didn’t take long for the maintenance man Tyler to com out and have it fix. He did a wonderful job. I was impressed
The building looks nice from the outside and it's in a nice part of town. Don't be fooled. This place is absolutely disgusting. I was appaled. The front desk staff are very friendly and that's about all they have going for them. The rooms are hideous. Make sure you're up to date on your shots if you stay here.
I will say this was great experience to have here at this hotel. Everyone is extremely friendly and fun to talk to at the front desk. The whole staff work so hard everyday to give all their guest great experiences. They all deserve 5 stars. I feel corporate needs to appreciate all of them and give them raises. GM Taylor works so hard to keep this hotel clean and all the guest happy. Plus, Steven and Ashley are amazing at the front desk trying to cheer everyone up and get to know the guest. I wish corporate can see that this team knows ESA policy and should be the leaders for the company. I wish Corporate could help the GM and the team provide more funds to help this hotel. I feel this hotel as a lot of potential for growth. I love my stay here. I will miss all the staff here.
