Extended Stay America Select Suites - Oklahoma City - Del City - Extended stay hotel in Del City - 3033 Tinker Diagonal, USA

I’ve stayed at other extended stays and this is not bad at all. The rooms are clean. The only downside to the rooms are there are no lamps on the tables and they do charge for dishes if you request them in which I declined when I saw the pricing and went and picked up some dishes from the value village a mile away for 1/3 of the price. We had problems with the payment system and the front desk house keeper was very helpful especially when I was visibly upset. So far no one has been loud or interrupting my sleep and the air conditioning is running good. The bed is a little small for 2 people but it’s comfortable than most hotels I’ve been at. It looks like these rooms have been recently remodeled which is a plus because even though they’re small, they look good and kinda like the pictures.

Positive: The staff members. They are all excellent people. And some I would consider as friends Negative: The laundry room because I think they would've been better off having there own machines cause the csc sucks.

We intended to stay at the hotel for a week but due to the size of the room, we had to move. The room for being called a suite is relatively small. The hotel clerk who checked us in was amazing. She was friendly and accommodating and you can't ask for more. Regarding the room, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Can't say anything about the stove or fridge we didn't use them. The bathroom is tiny but worked. The towels, one should bring their own, they are pretty threadworn. Besides the room size, the blinds would not shut, a previous guest must have pulled so hard they could not close. Our room faced some trees and we never heard the freeway, which was great being it was across the street. The area leaves a lot to be desired so don't leave any valuables in your car. The laundry facility was clean and worked. If your key does not work try the other one. lol M

I have been staying here for months now truly home away from home. The staff is excellent very helpful and efficient. I recommend the stay to anyone needing a place. Very convenient right off the highway and a 7 eleven across the way. Staff always available when needed and they care about the safety of everyone. Definitely a good experience. Thanks!!!!!!

Overall not terrible and for the price, you can't really beat it. Pretty convenient for me. Pretty clean. The people who make the up the hotel staff are helpful and kind. Only thing I would avoid is having yo check in after 9 pm. It's just going to make it harder for the front workers and yourself since you'll be waiting until someone can get to you. Hope this helps.

My experience with this place has be wonderful every time I come Christina and Greg have provided an inviting welcome and the rooms are well kept. Whenever I call day or night, during office ours or after. They answer and are willing to assist me with whatever I need. Including detergent, room keys or even fresh linens. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a long stay with clean rooms and excellent staff

This is the worse!! I booked online for a double when we get there to check in we was told they didn't have any rooms and that it's first come first serve kinda thing, after 30 minutes we finally got a single bed! The lady was very unprofessional talking all kinds of stuff saying all her rooms was dirty, like lady that's not my fault that your rooms are dirty! And on top of that I was charged 3 different times on my credit card at 3 different prices! I will be reaching out for fraud if I don't get the money back on my card!

I was reluctant to stay here because of some of the reviews but I figured it was cheap and I was primarily here to sleep. I really enjoyed it here. I didn’t get the front desk clerks name but she was very polite and helpful. My room was clean and everything worked, there wasn’t much noise and I didn’t have to worry about my car being broken into and it’s close to everything. It was a great way to have a studio with a kitchen for cheap. My only complaints and the reason why I left 4 stars and not 5 is as follows, my bed was comfortable but the frame it’s on is noisy. The facility could use some repairs. The door handle fell off the main door when I was leaving and I put it back on. It’s a little older of a building so no big deal. My other issue and they can’t do much about it, is the smell of marijuana. They have signs everywhere saying it’s a smoke free facility, and you sign paperwork that you’ll be fined if you smoke in your room. But, the place still smells like weed everywhere. But my room was free of smells. Again, they can only do so much to keep people from breaking rules. In the end. I would absolutely stay here again. And idk if the clerk is new or if she’s the one who had complaints in some of the reviews but I thought she was very polite, professional and friendly.
