Ms.Regina is amazing she goes above and beyond to make a great stay she is so sweet and she really made the stay awesome. Everyone is really nice and the room Was very clean the whole place is very clean smells nice and it was a quiet and pleasant stay. I can't remember ever having someone so amazing as Regina and I stay at a lot of places in different states this was a great experience.

I've stayed at MANY ESA's and THIS hotel is the best by far and that's because the MANAGER JANEKA is the best manager I've stayed with. I want to give her PRAISE and RECOGNITION for something I saw her do the other day. She was going above and beyond by cleaning a room that a person left filthy when they moved out. JANEKA took it upon herself to thoroughly clean this room so her housekeeping staff wouldn't have to. As I said, I've stayed in MANY ESA's and no other manager where I've stayed would do this for their housekeeping staff. Most managers are lazy and just sit in the office. NOT JANEKA! she works harder than the staff when she doesn't even have to, SHE HAS A TREMENDOUS WORK ETHIC,and she will help you with anything AND everything to make sure you're comfortable and that all your needs are met when you stay here. Huge shout out to JANEKA. SHE makes the stay here FEEL LIKE HOME!

The staff has been amazing, especially jonicka and randolf, both have been friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere has been quiet and family friendly. Rooms were clean upon arrival and randolf even stayed late to accommodate to my late check in. Definitely recommend for a budget friendly stay!

This room was bare bones. There was a kitchen with no pots, pans, or dishes. How was I supposed to cook and eat without these? There were also roaches. No one wants to stay in a roach motel!

This Hotel is the WORST!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE…. I seen about 2 or 3 roaches. They are very strict such as you having to pay for towels, face rags, phone calls, for them to clean your room every time you want it clean and more.
