Kayla is simply the best!!! Hands down she is a true gem! She cares deeply about all of the guests' safety and happiness, to the point she will even give you a hug when you need one. I've been staying here for 5 months now and am forever grateful to her for being the bright light of this entire building, along with maintenance Chris, who is also very kind, caring and accommodating. Thank you both for making my stay here as pleasant as possible. <3 <3

Oh my gosh I cannot express my gratitude enough for Kayla’s. Every other hotel gave me a hard time checking but nope my day turned around. Made check in super easy and less stress on my disabled dad. Always have had great experiences with extended stay here in the area. But Kayla really did her best customer service experience for us. Thank you. Definitely coming back here and only here when in town.

Kayla is a wonderful addition to this hotel! She has been so kind and helpful! She is always accommodating and always makes sure I have what I need. I definitely recommend this place, it's like home, but Kayla definitely makes it more than like home. You won't go without, and you will enjoy your stay! I have been staying here and Kayla has been the best! And I will add that although she hasn't been here that long, she has made my stay wonderful since she has been here.

My husband is staying at this hotel and of course you want your loved ones to be comfortable and safe & happy he has a long-term stay due to work I visited and we were cleaning up and the rooms are newly renovated and looks really good but cleaning needs a little more work, even though I found the hotel to be Clean when we entered when we got to the room the bed bedding was not and I must say the front desk young lady Stephanie stepped in and did such an amazing job for us. Helping us get the room suitable and clean brought us new linens and helped arrange everything She was just so wonderful and we are so thankful, good job on that and thank you. I have stayed at many expensive places and sometimes you don’t even get that kind of personal help or assistance.

Kayla at the Front Desk and Maintenance Chris are the hardest working employees at this property. The other two leave a lot to be desired. The rooms need a massive amount of cleaning done as there was mold in a lot of places even on the lampshade. While Kayla and Chris tried to fix the problem they really struggled due to the lack of supplies at the property to get it fixed. However they did their best to try and resolve it. Kayla and maintenance Chris always were available and doing what they could to assist other guests with any issues they had. Kayla always has a smile on her face and an amazing disposition whenever you approach that front desk.

I’ve been staying at this location about a few weeks now and Kayla and Fox have been nothing but attentive and welcoming from day one. I was greeted by Kayla’s welcoming smile and warmth and had the pleasure of meeting Fox the following day who was just as welcoming. Anything I’ve needed was always provided to me and questions have always been answered. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again! Jen is amazing too!!!!!

Miss Kayla at the front desk is by far the best employee of any business that I've encountered in the surrounding area. She is a true blessing and a huge asset to this hotel. She always greets everyone with a warm smile and makes sure that all guests have what they need at all times. She is simply a kind and gentle soul who I've grown very fond of since being here for a little over two months now. <3

Fox was absolutely amazing. Very thorough and detailed. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, with amazing patience. I had a new employee coming to stay for the week while their apartment gets ready and he went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about Fox and this location.
