This place is nothing like the pictures that I saw of Extended Stay America. The beds were so little and uncomfortable. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. There was a live cockroach in the room. Then they called my room the next morning at 9:30 am to ask if I was staying another night or if I was leaving soon. Check out is at 11:00 am. This was uncalled for from them. Then my friend was in the room crossed from me, I went to talk with her for a few minutes. I had to get another key to get in.

Esmeralda was the highlight of our stay. During a time of struggle she was a light and positive energy when we needed. She made us feel like the West extended stay was home. I was always excited to see her and her smile coming after a long day. She’s the best thing to happen to extended stay. His Bless her.

Esmeralda made every thing about this stay amazing! I would wait until she was downstairs to ask for things! I have never felt more welcomed or cared for by a hotel front desk in my life. Thank you Esmeralda for everything you have put into this establishment and the people who stay here, whether it’s long or short. Thank you!!

It's a nice place to stay. They are always very courteous, very professional and very nice From the time you check in until you check out. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. Traveling or living locally. We have definitely had a good experience. And has my highest recommendations.

Due to unexpected circumstances me and my children had to reserve a room for quite a bit of time and the time we’ve spent here so far has been amazing. It’s quite at night very well kept up with super sweet and kind staff I love it here . Mrs Jamie up front has helped me so much throughout my stay and I can’t tell you how much me and my family appreciate her and her staff so much . 10/10 would recommend they definitely make it feel like home away from home here.

Booked my stay from April 30th / May 15th my stay was very blessed room beautifully cleaned . Hilda always welcomed me with smile always made sure I had all I needed for my stay . Esmeralda was so kind and caring as well . These ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was welcome. Toni kept room clean and was so nice we spoke every morning. Jerry he was amazing as well there was not a day that went by that (GOOD MORNING & HOW IS YOUR DAY ) that was not said ! They always showed they cared . These ladies and Jerry made me feel as family every single day . Thank you, Jerry , Hilda, Toni , Esmeralda you all are blessings.

Booked a non smoking room for employee that was coming from out of town. Front desk lady said she'd walk him to the room to make sure it was satisfactory, after check in. The room smelled worse than any smoking bar in Lubbock. Like ten thousand ashtrays bad. When telling them it was not acceptable, they refused to refund the stay at first. Had the manager called, they agreed to give us a full refund. BUT they still charged us anyways for a full night's stay, even though we had literally been there less than 5 minutes, and expressed why it was unacceptable. Terrible business
