Extended Stay America Select Suites - Loveland - Extended stay hotel in Loveland - 3915 Peralta Dr, USA

The location is convenient and the lady at the desk was nice but that is it. Upon arrival we walked through a cloud of marijuana smoke from a young man standing by the "no smoking sign". When we walked in we were greeted by a nice young lady at the desk. The walls were dirty, had scuffs, a couple holes and chipped paint... we were charged the full amount up front. We were given rooms on the 4th floor and when we got into the elevator the smell of weed was so strong it made our eyes water. Upon getting off the elevator we immediately could smell something gross, debris littered the entire hallway and it looked like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time and the lights were dim. There was a cup of something red that was spilled and just left in the middle of the floor. Trash was sitting outside of people's doors... when we opened the door to the room the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, the fridge and counters were discolored and looked dirty, the microwave was missing pieces, the room was supposed to sleep 3 but was a full size bed with a sheet on top, and a small couch shoved up against the bed. We could not move the couch to even see if it was a pull out couch. Upon entering the room we immediately looked at each other and decided we would be going somewhere else no matter the cost. I would not recommend staying at this establishment to anyone. Thankfully another hotel down the street got us in and after explaining the situation to them told us that they get many people calling them for a last minute reservation after seeing the state of the Extended Stay rooms. The staff was nice and the location was convenient but that is where the positives end.

Loved the staff, and they were their even late at night when I forgot my key with a smile on their face. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. If you're looking for something affordable and close to the mountains this is a great place to be. I would recommend

Everyone here works together harder than any hotel staff I've lived around before. I always had clean sheets when needed, towels and if something wasn't working right maintenance had it covered quickly. Wonderful hotel, wonderful area!

Unfortunately the room I reserved (Suite with Queen and Sofa Bed) was given away and I was given a room with nothing but a full sized bed. Upon walking in there was literally a small pile of dirt (like potting soil) in the middle of the kitchen area and all kinds of debris on the carpet. The bed and bathroom looked clean but was unsure based on the condition of the floor. What looked to be the fire alarm on the ceiling was wrapped up in rags and packaging tape. Needless to say I went back down to the office to get the room I reserved but was told something in "the system" put me in the wrong room and that it was the only room left in the hotel, the room I reserved was given away! Paige was the person at the office and was very nice and helpful (even offering me a discount) but this room was un-acceptable and I to find another place to stay. Because it was after 8:00 pm on a Saturday I had to pay over $100 more at a premium hotel. Paige said I would be given a full refund but still waiting to see it in my account. Dealing with this issue and finding another place to stay last minute took several hours that I didn't have. I won't be doing business with this Extended Stay again...

I have stayed at several hotels in this category and if you are looking for an affordable option where you can get some sleep, this is the place. Paige, Nicole and Zilah have done an amazing job at the front desk and going the extra mile. Maintenance is always responsive.

My stay here has been amazing. Darian and zilah at the front desk have been such a help. They are what makes this hotel. Great service and so friendly. Great location and room is perfect for what I needed. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and if I ever need to stay in Loveland again I will come back. Thank you to the staff for your hard work.

Laticiana the front desk receptionist was so patient and kind. She let us check in early and despite all of our problems she took care of all of them.

The staff was very helpful and respectful. The rooms were always clean and welcoming. I never had to worry about my items or car being unsafe. Other residents were also very nice and respectful. I never had an issue with the housekeepers cleaning the room. My dog even loved it here.
