I just got here and the room and staff are awesome. But what I don't like is the 100 dollar deposit that is not advertised anywhere on the website. If I would have known there was one I would not of purchased this room online. Fingers crossed that my money will be back in my account tomorrow!

denied me a room after i booked it weeks in advance, leaving me on the street at 2am. would not give me a refund because they DONT ANSWER THEIR DAMN PHONES. they said to call priceline and priceline called them and when priceline called, they wouldnt answer, so they couldnt cancel my reservation. told me to call in the morning only for me to find out that its a "no-show" and they wont refund me. i couldnt get a refund. THEY STRAIGHT UP STOLE MY MONEY.

We recently spent several weeks at ESA Las Cruces. No issues with room condition or staff through our whole stay. Hotel is not new but everything was clean & well maintained. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and hard working.

This is an update and to help you out Las Cruces, the bathroom sink in room 421 has a leak. After I turned on the water, a puddle formed on the floor at my feet. I have put a towel down . You're welcome.

Review is by Angelica Ortiz. Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. But this was by far the dirtiest hotel and room I’ve ever stayed at. I went to the Dollar Tree and bought cleaning supplies! Blinds were black with filth, the strong smoke smell in a non-smoking room was unbearable. I had to scrub walls and bathroom it was like nobody cleaned the room. I called about faucet clogging no one ever came to service. Lobby office hours didn’t allow me to complain since they weren’t around but I called operator to complain but nothing came about it.

The location was very convenient since we were there for a graduation. However, room 119 was terrible. I walked in and went to use the restroom and noticed there wasn't any toilet paper. I went to grab the phone to call the front desk and realized the phone didn't work, so I had to walk to the front desk and use the phone there and then wait for someone to bring me a roll of toilet paper. The room was extremely filthy, and the water faucet from the bathroom sink would shoot upward anytime it was turned on, soaking our shirts. The floor was filthy, the walls were paper-thin, and there wasn't a trash can in the room or bathroom. Our headboard shared a wall with the main entrance, so we heard the main doors slam ALL NIGHT LONG, constantly waking up my toddler. I asked for a different room the next morning, but the staff was uncooperative.

I have had a delightful stay here at Extended Stay America hotels. The staff has all been friendly and helpful; and particularly impressed with Andrea, she has excellent customer service and I can tell she really cares about the people who stay here. I also really appreciate having onsite laundry and a full kitchen. The hotel is close to NMSU, and plenty of businesses are walking distance, or a very short drive away. I would recommend this place to anyone who is passing through for a short time, or an extended time too!

Pros to this Hotel Close to freeway if you’re a vacation traveler. The staff is nice and the rooms are reasonably priced along with a full fridge/freezer and kitchen area to cook meals ( the other hotels around here are priced higher by double from what I have seen and don’t have that amenity/luxury ) The beds ARE comfortable and it’s a pet friendly hotel. There are stores close enough to walk to provided it’s not too hot outside otherwise I recommend delivery or driving to your destination. There are also a few museum near by as well as a college. Cons to the Hotel - Some guests are intentionally rude and bully the staff as well as individuals with disabilities. Safety is an issue at this location. There are also other issues however due to fear of retribution I’m not listing those issues here and I’ve sent an email to the corporate office.
