Boy does this property have problems. In the middle of a hurricane, pouring rain unsafe conditions to travel I was kicked out of the hotel. Originally my room was a small room and I upgraded to a bigger room, due to the weather I slept in I didn't check out figuring that I paid for a more expensive room that since they didn't come contact me I was okay to sleep in. Well the lady at the front desk dark curly hair incredibly rude wouldn't listen to my side of the story fabricated a story that I was yelling at my girl which made absolutely no sense all she was doing was doing laundry and trying to get a new key so during these conditions I was about to leave I don't understand it. Maybe it was my complain about the roach problem nevertheless I was sent packing during the storm. On top of it the general manager of the property asked me if I could pressure wash some of their areas and she would have to do a behind the scenes trade for a hotel room for a week free room and board. That was for exchange of my pressure washing services. I recommended some areas but she said don't talk I'm already doing something I can get me fired because I'm not supposed to be doing this I'll have to take a room down and put it into service. I thought that was kind of odd but obviously something happened behind the scenes that they made up the story of the girlfriend getting in a fight and all this yelling that I asked who what where and no evidence or no information to be provided to me so there's more to the story let me see I and I hope corporate can look into it and see what type of scam these guys are running here to take my money for the hotel room that I actually did an upgrade on. Heck I didn't even ask for anything for free I just wanted to live out the balance of what I paid for it doesn't make any sense to me these people are very sketchy I would suggest not staying at this hotel

I stayed a week at this hotel & only chose this hotel for the kitchen features. The next day after checking in I discovered the stove did not work nor did the microwave. I informed the front office and they told me I had to make another reservation and be checked out by 11 to get another room. I was not able to be there at that time due to my obligations. They “accommodated” me by bringing me another unusable microwave. When I came into the hotel room day off booking to store my food in the fridge, housekeeping did not clean out prior resident items out of the fridge. My day of check out I did not check out until 1:13pm. The front desk worker misinformed of check out time & told me it was $10 an hour after check out time. The maintenance guy said he was keeping my deposit as well as the manager even though I was told by their worker and the manager agreed it was $10 an hour and I was charged $20 for late checkout already but then charged $71.95 categorized as other charges and fees. When I asked the manager she was rude and stated that was for late checkout. Though, I was already charged for that and they decided to keep my whole deposit & she stated she was banning me from all extended day once I spoke on how poor the customer service was from the non working items and my whole deposit being taken instead of what I was told which was the $20. The maintenance guy was rude and lied about his interaction with me. The manager was rude and inconsiderate & could not explain why they decided to keep $71.95 of my deposit & said two different things. First she said it was for late checkout. Then when I should her I was charged the $20 for that, she then stated it was for housekeeping and I stated I left nothing to clean. I cleaned the room, emptied my own trash, wiped down counters with my Clorox wipes I purchased. Only thing to do was the sheets, restock and the floors. So basically she lied or was didn’t know and scammed me & I deserve my deposit back & would like further action be taken or a better explanation. I had to go every day to get my key card fixed because it would stop working & it was not always by my phone or an electronic to make it stop working.

Place is great we love the area. We would have loved a downstairs unit but other than that a solid place to stay we love the kitchen. We don't use the cleaning service but we do love the staff in the office they are great. I think extended stay just needs to update this place a little bit it's kind of lagging behind some of their other locations.

I stayed here for about a week and was pleased with the overall experience for the price. The location is great and there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The rooms are a bit worn but decent, and the beds and sheets are very high quality. The kitchen is small but usable for basic meals, it doesn't come equipped but you can get plates etc from the front desk. They also have a laundromat on site which is very convenient. The front desk service was very good as well, especially from Amanda who helped me several times. The only minor hiccup was when cleaning knocked on the door loudly before 9am when checkout is at 11am.

My name is Giovanni! currently I am staying in the first building. It has been absolutely amazing. During our first week We have been continuously cared for from laundry, room service, maintenance, even the breakfast is amazing. It’s in a great location about a 10 minute walk from multiple restaurants and small businesses Near a huge shopping area called the town center I would 10/10 recommend anybody to stay here especially if you work from home or are a small business owner even if you are just bringing your family into town for a few days or longer Extended Stay America is the way to do it!!

Teisha gave A+ customer service at the front!! Her welcoming attitude was awesome!! After long day of work her welcoming attitude was refreshing!! I paid my room rent, and she gave me the courtesy of saying if there was anything else I need just let her know!! Geena who'd left for the day also gives A+ customer service!! First impression is a lasting impression!!👍👍👍

The room I was given had a terrible odor. Maybe mold/mildew? The room was not cleaned, specifically the bathroom. There is mold on the ceiling and the toilet had someone’s #1 & #2 business still in it! I asked if they could switch rooms and was told to reach out in the morning to ask a supervisor to change it. Note, I checked in late (maybe 3 am) due to me moving all of my stuff out of my old home and becoming homeless. I woke up a little after 11 am and they told me they would not change the room. I couldn't handle the smell, so I reached out to the booking agency to help me get checked out. I was told I had to leave by 1 pm. I got everything out but asked if it was ok to wait until I could be in the lobby to figure things out and get my ride situated. I was first told that was ok. I then saw someone that I know from a previous job who asked me why was I sitting in the rain and offered to allow me to sit in their room until I got my things together. Not too long afterward, they came to the door (a tall white guy and a Spanish woman with pink hair and face tats), stating that I had to leave. When asked why, they stated it was because I didn't know them and was not a registered guest. How in the world do you know who I know and how I know them? They then stereotyped the gentlemen calling them “crazy Mexicans” when they are Honduran. They then forced me to sit in the rain, no remorse, no type of heart, with all of my things getting soaked. As I tried to speak with them (and the manager) calmly and eloquently once we moved to the lobby, they continued to talk over me, not allowing me to get any full sentences out and just treated me like a wild animal. The one with the pink hair and face tats then threatened to call the police on me. Who would have known that a request to switch rooms would have turned into me getting kicked out in the rain with all of my stuff, treated terribly, & getting called all different types of derogatory things? First day of being homeless- 0 out of 5 stars, would not recommend it! I took pictures and videos and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Great place to stay. The manager, Ms. Terri is very friendly and explains the rates well and does her best to find you the best one. Also Geena, who works at the front desk is very friendly and helpful in any way. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. These two ladies i felt like I had known for a lifetime. Very very friendly women.
