Kay helped me very kindly. You need to wash your own towels in the laundry $3 per load and $3 to dry, there is no breakfast available and you need to throw your own trash in the dumpster. It's not a big deal but it's details. I reserved 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper sofa but they didn't have it available so I had to move rooms 2 times until it was available. They should clean the bathrooms a little more but I did it myself. My room only had 1 light bulb out of 3 working. For the price it's okay.
This place is nothing like it’s been depicted in the photos this place is extremely dirty has cockroaches a completely empty lounge we booked one room with two beds which when we arrived were no longer available room was paid for in advance they asked us if we were willing to take two rooms which were in different states of disrepair like the rest of the building one did not have any working lights they were both extremely filthy we denied the offer and asked for a confirmation letter stating that they did not have our rooms available when we try to check in and that they had no available rooms and proper working conditions anyways we ended up having to call the cops and filing our report so we can hopefully get a refund since this is not on us. This is on them. we were told we were not allowed to take pictures of the conditions of the rooms that they showed us so I’ll be showing pictures of the conditions of the lobby and other areas of the hotel
When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for 25 minutes. I walked around the premises looking for someone. The maintenance guy called the manager who called someone to come to the front desk. I needed to use the restroom but the restroom was locked. The room was very clean. I was very happy about that. The only thing was the bedding didn't seem like it was as clean and fresh as the rest of the room. There was a loud smell of marijuana coming from a room nearby us. We smelled it very strongly 3 of our 4 days there. The elevator went out and we had to take 3 flights of stairs for a whole day. We were afraid to get on it the next day so really it was 2 days of taking the stairs. The staff was very nice. No complaints there. I just didn't like that to get clean towels, you had to bring the old towels to the front desk to receive clean ones. The bedding is not changed daily. Overall, it wasn't the worst stay. It just was not an easy stay at all. The card keys didn't work twice and I had to go to the front desk. Even after she fixed them, we still struggled with getting into our rooms everyday. The card keys didn't work on the side entrance, so we had to walk all the way to the front to get into the building if we parked on the side. Lastly, there were no trash cans in our room. So we had to create our own trash bags. This hotel really has the potential of being a very nice hotel if it can be renovated and if they keep someone at the front desk. I rarely saw anyone at the front desk consistently, just every now and then.
No staff after 9pm or before 10 am. The room was dirty and basic. Had to keep my shoes on at all times or my feet looked like I had been walking on pavement. Paid to have a sleeper sofa and didn't have one. Had to call the hotel after standing at the front desk for 5 minutes because the staff was in the back and not paying attention to the cameras. Cabinets missing from several areas in the room. No trash can. The pool was closed.
Absolutely just go to another hotel. This place was horrible. Hallways hot as hell no ac on. My husband was there for 4 weeks. They never cleaned the room. Even though he requested they do so at the 2 week point. Mold growing in bathroom and the hotel is just nasty. The final straw was when he got locked out of his room on his only day off because the key would not work, and there was absolutely no one there to help. Elevator is so dirty also, like don't touch anything because you may catch something, that kind of dirty. I will compliment the girl who checked him in, she was nice.
Check in was interesting to say the least! When I called to make the reservations around 10pm we were told it would be breakfast. I specifically asked this.
Upon arriving which was about 11:15pm the entrance door in the foyer was locked, I could see that the front desk area was shut down, and the wall phone to contact front desk works poorly. After speaking with a current guest he went and knocked on the housekeepers door for like 5 mins straight. The front desk attendant eventually came out. Me and another guest waiting were then able to check in. She notified us that there would be no breakfast and no pool??? The reservations representative lied to me.
The room had a nice set up but was very unclean. The floor was very dirty as well as the tub, and sheets on the bed were very dirty with blood stains on the pillow cases. My suggestion to all guest would be to view your room and amenities in person and don’t check in late!
The room was very clean to begin with. And the staff downstairs is Awesome!! They always answer EVERY question I have while remaining polite with a smile on their face. The location is in a nice quiet area so me and my family feels very comfortable. Overall perfect stay . I will be back again I promise.
SCAMMERS. I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked a room several days in advance, but when I arrived, they told me there were no rooms available despite their booking site showing 3 rooms still available.
There was no one at the front desk for a long time, and when someone finally showed up, she (Tanisha??) was extremely rude. She blatantly lied, claiming she was looking for a room for me, which is why she wasn't at the desk.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Their customer service is atrocious, and their booking practices are deceitful and dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs.
