I called ahead, front desk answered promptly, and assured me that there was a room for me and space for my motorcycle The room was clean, hallways were clean. parking lot was clean I felt safe, my motorcycle was safe The only issue was that the hotel does not have any coffee, complementary or otherwise. Pam said she is looking into it Thanks for keeping me and my motorcycle safe for the night

I arrived at this location early and spoke with Pam the manager before arriving. She told me that she couldn’t promise anything and I understood. When I made it the first person I met was Pam at the front desk. She welcomed me with a smile and constantly tells me if I need anything let her know. The staff is friendly and helpful. Remember, these are not hotels these are extended stays and when individuals live in them for extended periods it’s hard to maintain the one night stay aspect of hotels. I truly love this location and I will be here for a month in the studio and working on music. They even told me the times I could record and put me in a room that was perfect for me to handle business. Nothing is perfect but this location is worth it. Uber makes it here in less than 5 minutes everytime. Pam is the best 💯💫

I enjoyed feeling very safe here .I love how clean the building is, even the parking lot . The staff is always there to help . The Manger is on site everyday I have been here . She always available to talk to , and listen and friendly .The Matiance is on-site to solve problems and they response quickly. Paul and Emily and the other lady , that work front desk . Always smile . Very helpful. The prices are great 👍

Me and the people who gave the good reviews for this place must’ve been staying at completely different hotels. The staff are super nice and accommodating, but the place is dirty, dingey, smelly, and above all, I haven’t felt safe once while staying here. Last week a man approached me and asked me if I liked pickles and salsa while standing in his room’s doorway, clearly trying to find a way to invite me in. I deflected. Said no to both and walked away, after which he proceeded to try and talk to me. I just ignored him. Didn’t think much of it. This week, he approached me again. Asked if I liked hot food. I said no. I was at the front desk getting some garbage bags, and he said to the lady at the front desk “can I get a garbage bag too, a big one…might have to tie someone up later.” I assume she didn’t hear that last part. I again just tried to ignore it and get up to my room as quickly as possible. Bought mace and an extra security lock that same day. Besides that terrifying experience, the place stinks all over, my clothes were still wet after trying to dry them twice in the laundry room, the elevator never works, my room key card only works half the time, and the touch pad that’s supposed to scan our key cards before anyone can even enter the building past the front desk has never worked, so anyone could just walk in. I don’t feel safe. This hotel is in a super sketchy place with some super sketchy people. Would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. Again, sorry to the people working front desk. They’re doing their best and they’re super sweet. But it’s not worth it.

Just wanted to say, I absolutely love Miss Toni!!!! She is the sweetest lady, and the first time we met, she made a big impression on me! She makes you feel so special, and goes out of her way to make you feel happy, and safe! She is AWESOME!!!!

Autumn was very helpful. She made our check-in very easy and very pleasant. We felt like we were right at home because of the phenomenal hospitality that was given as soon as we arrived. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Comfortable clean room with full fridge and cooktop which are always very handy. Quick and helpful friendly staff! Close to my work and plenty restaurants with good food close when needed

I was read it by Kathy she is the most wonderful wonderful person. I’ve met since I’ve been on the road traveling. She helped me with my room tremendously. She’s a great GSR person I’ve ever met at an extended stay.
