staff here is super awesome and friendly they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible especially June! the room was very clean bed nicely made and the pillows weren't flat. i stay here quite often and each time I stay it is always a pleasure! management is always around her name is Marianna hope I'm spelling it right and she's super awesome too. the house keeping is very friendly as well you ask for your to be clean and they get right on it and do an amazing job!

I am writing this review purely for June and the fact that they let my dog stay with me. June is one of the managers here and his customer service is exemplary, to say the least. His great personality and caring nature allowed for an easy check in process and informed stay. Once this spot updates their rooms it will get five stars from me no questions asked. June is a 5 star employee!

We stay here very often it’s one of our favorite hotels once the owners changed we really didn’t agree with the changes specially with taking the pots and pans away and now they are charging. But, we continue coming back because of this one employee named June he is amazing with costumer service he definitely get promoted to more than just an employee. Keep up the good work June!!!

Dump! Rude staff. Dirty. Broken frig replaced with a filthy dirty one. Finally replaced with a new one. Broken shower bar(which I regret not reporting right away because Engineering employee accused me of breaking it).claimed room would “have been rented that way. Manager told me that room wasn’t supposed to be rented out cuz of broken frig. Toilet not bolted in the floor. Moved and wobbled around. Staff argumentative and rude. Told me sorry not up to my standards. They made you feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome and that’s why I didn’t complain about tub. I can deal with old as long as clean and working order. Tub dirty. Had to clean it myself. No maid service or sheet changes for 2 weeks! If you want fresh linen, more TP, you had to buy it. Advertised breakfast. They eliminated it. Grounds were dirty, rained and mud all over the entrance. Never swept out for days. Left and went to another hotel. Like night and day how I was treated.

Mariana and her team are top notch in my opinion! I needed several rooms to place people, most elderly, where they could be comfortable for a couple months while their apartments were being renovated. The team bent over backwards to accommodate not only the guests, but my crazy, sometimes last minute requests. I will continue to use this location whenever I need a place where I know my clients will be safe and comfortable!

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to the highway, mall and restaurants. I live close by and only reserved a room as my bathroom was being remodeled and needed a place to shower. The room that was provided had old furniture (not an issue) but it had a musty smell and felt damp like an unfinished basement. The room appeared clean but after further inspection, a few days in, we uncovered mold on the chairs, bed skirt and under the table. The lobby attendant immediately gave us a different room. This new room smelled like a deodorizer. Couldn't see where it was but the smell was strong. It appeared clean and it served the purpose. I had the room for 10 days and only 2 times I saw people attending the lobby. When I went to check out the lobby was closed, at 10 am on a Saturday. I took my belongings from the room and when I went back down it was open. The manager asked how the stay was and I told him about the mold situation. He proceeded to gaslight me by saying that it wasn't mold but dust. I told him that the other employee had seen it and he took no time to throw him under the bus and said that he is new and doesn't know any better. Only in an emergency situation I would reserve a room there again. I guess you get what you paid for. Photos: If you zoom in the bed skirt, you can see the green mold on it.

The hotel smells when you walk into the lobby. It's just gross. There probably a very good reason why there's a reserved parking spot for police right next to the front door. You can see the ripped curtains in the 2nd picture. Not stepping foot in this filthy place again.

I recently stayed at the Extended Stay - Manchester for 5 nights/5 days and I have to give a huge kudos to the Front Desk! I received great service every time I had a question or request, they were super friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and also very economical for my long stay which made my journey out East much easier. Finally, one of the best parts about my stay was the location. It is right off the interstate and near the Mall which is great for shopping and dining!
