Extended Stay America Select Suites - Firestone - Extended stay hotel in Longmont - 11334 Business Park Cir, USA

I had an outstanding experience during my stay at the Firestone, CO Extended Stay America, and a lot of that credit goes to the excellent service provided by David and the front desk team. From the moment I checked in, David went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and hassle-free. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made a difference in my stay. The front desk staff were equally amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and provide any information I needed. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. When checking in customer service was great! They found my reservation, checked me in, and handed me my room keys with no problem! Front desk lady was very helpful when I was asking about food places, gas stations, and fun things to do around the area! The room and bathroom was very clean as well as the kitchen. I will definitely be staying here again!

I wrote a review earlier and deleted it, because I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. However, I think it's important that people know what they're getting in to if they decide to stay here. The previous review was very accurate. The office closes early. Tried to reach someone at 10:00 p.m. because I didn't have my key, and no one answered. I witnessed a couple of fights in the parking lot. On two occasions, there was cigarette and pot smoke in the hallway. One evening, an extremely drunken man nearly stumbled in to me near the elevator. A few employees (not all) were rude, unprofessional and combative. One was downright scary. However, housekeeping was courteous and helpful. They were very nice people. This hotel also charges for high speed internet. Who does that? If you do choose to stay here, do so at your own risk.

I had to stay at this place for about 2 months while my house was being built. The first week was great, but then their true colors started coming out. Every time I left the room, I felt like I was walking on 8. Michelles, the staff would constantly tell us Then we are not allowed to commingle with other guests. And every time they see us talking to on another, they threaten to kick us out. What kind the hotel doesn't allow you to talk to other guests? Staff members also live on-site and I've tried having conversations with them when I see them outside. They are rude, and mean Every time I tried to talk to them simply saying that they are not allowed TikTok. Do guests but they said in a rude way and just walk away. What Kind of a place is this now? Staff can't even talk to guests.I made a joke because it seemed like they were running a cult. Better go to move is.If you don't like it, you can leave. They must have a waiting list or something. If they're totally fine with everybody just leaving this hotel. I want to stay someplace where people are friendly and they are friendly boys places and if I want to say hi to somebody I should be able to say hi to somebody. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. You will regret it. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here as a paying customer. We deserve To Stay at a hotel was friendly faces. And we definitely have a right to talk to other guests without fear of being kicked out. I hope tĥe owners of this hotel. See this review so they know what's going on in their hotel.

Very very unsatisfied with our stay here we ended up canceling our reservation early due to the accommodations of the place. According to there website it states that the room would be fully furnished with a seating area with TV, coffee maker, private bathroom, AC, fully equipped kitchen with stove top, a refrigerator, kitchenware, and a microwave. We are a family of four, in our bathroom we had two towels, no coffee maker, and the kitchen was not fully equipped. And if you wanted extra you would be charged for towels, linen, you had to buy kitchen ware, and be charged for garbage removal, and also they had no quarters for laundry. The while time we were there the office closed early when it was supposed to be open from 9am to 10pm, dogs barking at all hours of the night and people slamming their doors, mold in the frig and on the stove top, it was supposed to be non smoking and you could smell pot and cigarette smoke, old guy in his underwear walking up and down the hall knocking on doors cause he was locked out of his room and couldn't get ahold of staff, and finally very rude hotel staff they didn't even have us sign anything and told us to drop our keys in a box. And also my husband has serve health issues. We are suppose to be on a nice family vacation and got treated very poorly. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If a could we would give then zero stars.

Everyone at the front is very friendly and makes the stay welcoming. David's always extremely helpful! Great place to stay with a cool staff!!

I didn’t catch the other man’s name but, David was wonderful! Super helpful &extremely kind. Room was clean and my kids are absolutely loving it. 10/10 recommend. Kind staff, clean rooms.

Best bang for you buck.nice and clean room didn't smell like cooked goat or stinky feet. Really nice place I would come back if I could of booked a room.
